Holiday Hoopsgiving Tickets

Place was exceptional and staff was courteous and professional. However I was disappointed in the choice of only junk type food and it being very expensive

My favorite hoops fall tourney. Auburn loves playing it and when we win it’s even better!!!

Last year for me was horrible. The cleaning crew threw away my belongings under my seat between games (which they were NOT supposed to clean between games). My hoodie, hat & clear bag were found in the trash by customer service instead of at least properly turning into lost and found. My view was interrupted by people walking in front of me as well. This year I got mid court seats and had no issue with personal items and we won big, so it was a great experience compared to LAST year!

We had a great experience when we attended Holiday Hoopsgiving in Atlanta! Everything was so smooth, from parking when we got there to leaving afterwards. It was very well-planned and Ticketmaster provided me with all of the information I would need for things to go smoothly.

Ruby parking garage with unusual and difficult to navigate. Needs improved signage to the Arena. Arena was chilly.

My 70 year old father and I went to all 4 games and had the best time. It felt like a great value to have access to 4 games for one ticket. It was really cool to see a bunch of reputable teams that I normally never get a chance to see all on the court during one day. This is my second year going and it is now a tradition for me and my dad. Can't recommend it enough!

Fun event but the venue was freezing - everybody was complaining. If it’s going to be that cold in there, at least have a place to get coffee or something warm to drink. Parking was great and the game atmosphere great!

I really enjoyed the tournament, however, I didn’t like the fact that once an individual leave the facility they could no longer re enter; which I understand it probably has a lot to do with concession as well

We loved this event. Everything was executed with excellence! The staff and ushers were all kind and helpful. Drink and food prices were a little high but on par with other venues.

Really enjoyed attending Holiday Hoopsgiving with family and friends. We were able to get great seats near one another. Great opportunity to get together for the holidays.

got moved to lower level across from free throw line ; experience was great. still do not understand why a mask is required for entry, then can be removed once inside.

This was a fun day, the arena is very nice and our seats were great. And my team won big, so that capped off the day!

I was hesitant and uncertain about buying tickets to the Holiday Hoopsgiving and parking online. I prefer speaking with a representative for major events. However, I trusted the online process and followed the instructions. Everything went very well. We arrived a half hour before the doors, to avoid long lines. It was a drama free and fun night.

Great facility and the staff was very willing to help you find your seats and anything else in the facility. Very warm feeling received from all that assisted us in locating or suite as well as the Floor seats. A couple areas that were not up to par were the food in the suite area and one usher on the floor. The food was really tough to eat as to quality and the selection was minimal. Realizing the crowd was not large, the food was still second rate. Also, all the alcohol you want but no tea, the lady told me that was the most requested drink but she never has any????? One lady usher on the floor was an bit of a pain, she had her own agenda and was not in line with anyone else.
