Just an amazing game, evening, atmosphere, and teamwork!!! The players make it look so easy and I commend them on their strength, agility, stamina, preserverance, and attitude!!! Great game!!!
I had a great time. It was my first Bears Game and I loved it.
Staff was very helpful , game was exciting The goaly was amazing..We went as a family and had a wonderful time.
Wow what a game the seats were a little snug and high in the stands but you could see everything. It was a great game the Bears kicked butt and it was pretty warm in the rink. In-between periods it was nice to see them have the kids doing the skills competition on the ice. Parking was great easy in and easy out. Best part tickets were a great pice
This was the our first time (my wife and I)attending a Hockey game, we loved it. There was only one row of seats higher than ours however, we were able to see all the action with no problems.
First time Hockey spectators. Went with my 7 year old daughter and had a great evening.
Hershey looks unbeatable. They should have no problem making it to the Calder Cup. Their fans are Great and it is a Great Family atmosphere. Thanks !!!!!
We paid 16$ per seat, got to see ten players that have spent time on the CAPS roster this season, witnessed a successful penalty shot by Perrault ( not to mention his 3 other goals) and saw the Bears completely dismantle the Sound Tigers 9-2. The Giant Center is an exceptionally nice venue with incredible and passionate fans, very clean and the staff and volunteers were all courteous and helpful. Pair all those things with a great stay at the EconoLodge on Lucy Street and then driving home to watch an oh-so-close USA/Canada game made this a great non-NHL weekend. If you are a CAPS/Bears fan or just a hockey fan in general, a Hershey Bears game is an exciting and affordable way to indulge in a favorite sport.
The Hershey Bears tore through the Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The game ended 9-2, there was a penalty shot for the Bears. There was a fight and the one Bears player had FOUR GOALS!!!!!!! Great game, Great franchise, GO BEARS! B-E-A-R-S BEARSBEARSBEARS WOOOOOOOOO!
Sold out game. Great atmosphere for hockey. Not a bad seat in the house. Arena staff was very friendly. Enjoy all of the excitement of professional hockey close to home at a fraction of the cost of an NHL game!
The game was absolutely amazing. Extremely organized with a sold out house of over 10,000 people, everything was smooth, clean, and a blast! It was easy to get in and out without too much trouble. The intermission had lovely entertainment, and the game is itself was great. GO BEARS!
What a tremendous and pleasurable experience my son and I had in Hershey. It was our first AHL road trip to see our own Lake Erie Monsters. I want to commend the Hershey fans for 1) Their passion for their hockey team, 2) Allowing those of us who were there to support our team to do that in good spirit (even though we did not have much to cheer about). I thought the facility was great and the atmosphere was tremendous. I highly reccommend this experience to everyone whether you are a hockey fan or not.
We had a fun evening at this game, The four of us were in the next to top row, as the game sold out and we ordered tickets rather late in the process. First Bears hockey game in the Giant Center after many at the old Arena when the children were growing up. It's a nice venue and there is a concerted effort to put on fine hockey with good and entertaining side features.
Great game, good times, good facility. Would be glad to go again.
The game was exciting and memorable, as it was the Bear's 20th straight win at home! Also, these seats in Section 112, Row K gave a great view of the game and were more comfortable and spacious than the standard fixed seats along the sidelines (Section 112 retracts when they have an event that requires a stage set up). Lots of fun!
It was a great game/event ! I love coming to the games once or twice a month.
This was my first hockey game ever. I took my boyfriend for a Valentine's Day present and we just LOVED it. The Bears are absolutely amazing, especially that Goalie!!! We were really happy that we got to be there for their 20th straight home win!!
We enjoyed the game like always but had one small problem. I'm disabled and have to use a cane. This is the first time I was at a game since my injury in the military. I didn't think it would be a problem getting around at the game but I had a difficult time getting to my seat. When I purchased the tickets, I searched for a detailed picture of the building to find areas for the diabled but didn't find any. So I purchased the tickets anyway because of my love for the game. I admit they weren't the best seats in the house, last row at the top, but I thought I would have better access to the seats. It took me 5-10 minutes to go up 2 flights of steps, then having to ask people to kindly move just so I could manuever to my seat. If there are areas for the disabled they should say so on their web page. But if they do, they need to have more of them because I didn't see them while I was at the game. This won't discourage me from going to more games because I'm still the same hard charging, hard working fan; I just have a slight change to my body mechanics.
I was very pleased to get 5 seats together for my family. Even though we were way back in the upper level, the view of the rink was excellent. The Bears played very well scoring 4 goals. The Bears defense was impressive - very professional. We all enjoyed the action and the inter-period activities. We plan to do this again.
There is no bad place to sit. Great fans and great experience. A little pricey for souvenirs and food/beverage though. But overall liked the Giant Center and the Bears.
