Great game!! Love to see the Bears play - even better to see them win! :)

Always great to see the Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins play against the Hershey Bears. As usual at the Giant Center parking and leaving is a nightmare even with the safety personnel there to "try" to guide you around. If you need to pick someone up that you dropped off it is even worse, they don't let you back in easily.

I must be the only overweight person to ever visit this arena. I am chubby but I have never had a problem on airplanes, baseball, football and hockey venues, movie theaters, canoes or see-saws...but for some reason, the seats in the Giant were anything but. giant. I find it highly ironic, since the arena is named "Giant" after a grocery chain, AND it's located in Hershey, for Pete's sake, the home of CHOCOLATE. I guess no one ever EATS stuff from the sponsors. But I did notice quite a few folks sitting on the edge of their seats, not from the excitement but from the inability to squeeze their butts into the small space. And the cup holders were not the issue. The attendance number appeared to be a sellout so it wasn't like I could ask for another seat...and where would that be, anyways, since they were all small? However, the hockey game was great, the fans (home and opponents) were enthusiastic, the building was bright and clean...all that was good. But I won't be back until I either lose weight, can afford a prime, plush seat at center ice - providing they are available - or will qualify for the handicapped section.

Great first time at a Bears game and will go again

Giant Center is an incredible place to watch a Hockey game. I will be back.

we took the kids to thier first ice hockey game. It was a great time and we will do it again.

I don't follow hockey but I'm a sports phanatic (baseball, football, basketball) and am just begininng to enjoy hockey. This was my fourth hockey game (second Bears game) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Comparing the Giant Center to the Verizon Center and American Airlines Center (two other venues in which I spected a hockey game), the Giant Center trumps both with ticket prices and overall experience/value. I paid $70 at the Verizon Center for similar seats that cost only $18 at the Giant Center! No, the level of play is not as high because it is minor league hockey but it is still enjoyable nonetheless. The large parking lot surrounding the Giant Center made travel in and out of Hershey easy.

It was a hard fought, back and forth game. Both teams looked a little tired, but Hershey wanted it more. Still the Pens tied it up and almost won it in OT. Tremendous save by a sliding defensemen preserved the tie until they could win it in the shoot out.

Always a terrific time! Can't wait to go back.electric crowd. Great for hockey families. Perfect arena for hockey.

Went to see the Hershey Bears play the Wilkes Barre Scranton Penguins at Giant center and the whole experience was Awesome! Great view from seats! Giant Center staff was most helpful!

The Bears are better this year. They even beat the Penguins! Went into overtime play.

We brought our 4 year old grandson to the game, which was his first. While watching some of the game, he particularly liked the zamboni working the ice between periods, and of course the souvenirs we bought him. My daughter called us the next day and said all Ryan could talk about was the hockey game. A nice and unforgettable evening for us and our grandson.

It was great, my brother has 3 season tickets, and we needed an extra. I bought one ticket 3 seats away, and the usher (Hilda in 201) arranged for the three seats between us to shift over one seat each. The Giant Center treats their customers with great respect and accommodation.

Game was fun. Giant Center is a cool venue for this kind of thing. Getting into the parking lot from the south is a nightmare; I'd come in from another direction for future events. Getting out was great though!

i went to scranton last nite to see the bears vs pens. & aside from freindly teasing the pens fans are a bunch of fun, respectfull peolple ! i say this becuse of course i wore my capitals winter classic hat. that caused some funny comments from pens fans. (the bears lost 3-4 so that gave them more of a reason to have fun with me !!! ) pens fans are a class act. & love there hockey amost as much as we do. GO BEARS/CAPITALS

It is a great atmosphere for any and all ages to attend. Though they lost the game that night, it was still an enjoyable event.

I attended this game with my son, grandson and grandson's good friend. We had a great time. The boys bought cotton candy, Italian ice, and a loud horn to toot. I bought terrific french fires for all of us. Both hockey teams played very hard and earnest. The score was 5-4 Monarchs.

Had another great time. Bears games are always a lot of fun.

Bears win 4-3 in overtime shootout - can't get any better than that!!! :)
