Great exciting game ! Phenomenal atmosphere!! Tickets are so easy to order!

Fantastic game 7! Energy was amazing! Giant Center is awesome! But the horns in such a small space are obnoxious. Hershey needs to consider banning them inside the arena. I feel for anyone sitting near one.

Love seeing the Hershey Bears play hockey. Entertaining while in the arena. Only negative is the prices of merchandise and concessions. It's at stupid level. A girls tshirt shouldn't be $26. A draft beer shouldn't be $11. At those prices, keep it all. And don't get me started on parking prices. I never knew the Hershey Bears played in Philadelphia. If you want families to attend, then consider family prices. It's near difficult to justify a trip there anymore. We all aren't able to put it on the company card.

Always A+, concessions have gotten a bit out of control with the prices but YOU choose to buy it.

Great atmosphere and my two boys loved it and had a very memorable experience. Coco the bear is phenomenal and does a great job interacting with the kids.

Had some trouble locating my electronic ticket on my phone as I stood before the ticket agent.

I love going to the Hershey Bears games! It is always a great experience from easily getting tickets (now a season ticket holder) to gray fans, people who work there to the actual game itself. I happily drive the 3 hours each way from Virginia to see them play. Going it the Capitols would be less than half the drive time but the Bears are a lot more fun to go see.

My wife and I would like to thank the Box Office Staff for providing excellent customer service for the June 1st playoff game. We were unable to retrieve our tickets from the Ticketmaster App to present for entry. The staff took care of it and provided us with two tickets. Once inside the arena of course the Ticketmaster App worked just fine. The game was awesome! Let's go BEARS and Box Office Staff!

I have become a 12 Game Tickets Holder Because it is Much Cheaper than the Capitals and Orioles and I Love Ice Hockey and Worth The Drive From Baltimore

Hershey Bears games are always some of my favorite sporting events to go to. The team is good, staff is amazing. They just always provide a good experience!

I had a great time at a recent Hershey Bears game. The facility was clean and everybody was nice. The only bad things were the lines at the concession stand and the line to get in was very long and took a while. I also wish I had known they were handing out rally towels, but only to the first 5500. I go to a lot of Washington Capitals games and when they have giveaways, it’s for everyone

The game was great but the Giant Center wont let you spend cash. They only take credit/debit cards.
