Hershey Bears have a great environment for minor league hockey. Arena is nice, food reasonably priced (unlike Verizon Center in DC for Caps) and arena is a nice size. Parking also reasonable.
What a great game, great arena, great service. Very friendly and helpful staff. An usher saw me struggling to take a picture of me and my girlfriend and came over and offered to take the shot for me. Great beer selection at the game. awesome hockey the bears and penguins did not disappoint in providing a great game. Drove up from the d.c area to get my hockey fix due to the nhl lockout, and was very satisfied. I would recommend to any hockey fan.
We went to the hockey game has a date night with two other couples. We had a fabulous time and definitely need to have evenings out like this more often. Great hockey, at a great arena.
Enjoyed the experience even though the Pens lost. Good seats near polite people.
Outstanding seats and an excellent game for 1/4 the cost of an NHL game.

This is my 3rd time watching the "bears" and it is great to watch competitive sports. Coming from Baltimore its well worth it. Even though it was a loss
Giant Center is very nice. not a bad seat in the arena. a shame the bears lost. Beer was $5.50 for a 16oz draft, not too bad. plenty to eat and drink.
Been to hockey games before. This one was ok. Players just don't seem that into it, but everyone has an off night and we would definitely go again. The side entertainments are pretty good and kept us laughing or cheering for whatever was going on at the time. The little kids hockey was cute, but you might want someone to hold the nets in closer to give them a better chance to do something while being watched by the crowd. Most of their limited time spent on the ice was trying to get back and forth from one end of the rink to the other on little legs. Another thought that might be fun for all is to add a Hershey Bear Cub Mascot. It would give Big Bear someone to skate with and play off of, kids would love it and would give opportunity for whole other line of fan items to be purchased! Also, if you would prefer fans not to be going up and down aisles during play, have more variety in food that is coming up and down the stairs. We gladly would have bought more food, but what the guys brought down was cotton candy, popcorn, and soda. Seems that a hot box with just hot dogs or the chicken tenders, would get more sales and appeal to adults eating through a game who don't want to go leave their seats for food during game. The music is good and the camera work for the overhead screen was great! They caught alot of funny moments!
Always enjoy games at the Giants Center. Great arena, great atmosphere, always fun. Great hockey for the money. Can't afford to take my family to see the Caps anymore. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a win!
Great event. Loved being able to watch hockey. Giant Center is extremely easy to get in and out of. Well done. Loved it!

The food was good. Great for handicap individuals. Entertaining, fun, I'd defiantly go again my husband and I are thinking of becoming season pass holders for those same seats because they were perfect.
AHL hockey is pretty exciting. It was a fun game to go to. The biggest drawback was the fans. It was arguably the most apathetic fan base I've ever seen at any level of hockey. But, it was still great hockey at a reasonable price.
First time at a Bears game.. Had a great time.. Awesome fans!
This was our first bears game, and it won't be our last. The team gives it their all and is amazing to watch. The fans are incredible, so proud of their team and they show that! The giant center is pretty nice for a small arena, only con was that there wasn't many choices in food/food stands. Overall a great time, great for couples and even families.
The game was so competive the score kept going back and forth. I would suggest Hockey to anyone who has never been to a game
