My son and I went to a game while we were in town to go to the park. We had so much fun! The fans are so much fun and the arena is beautiful. I would definitely go back. As a bonus, the Bears won in overtime!
From the start parking was easy and straightforward($10). Parking lot was massive as well! Getting into the game was quick and easy, simple scan of the e-tickets and good to go. After grabing drinks Finding seats was easy. Seats are on the narrow side but still able to fit. The game was entertaining and the entertainment during stopped play and intermissions helped keep it fun. Leaving was easy as everything was marked well.
It was awesome and the staff were very friendly. The spectators were also very respectful.
We had club seats, so fun! Hard to get tickets, but so worth it.
The game was great, and it was Bobble head night for Matt Moulson so that was a bonus. The seats were in a great spot as well! What wasn't fun is that Ticketmaster would not let me down the tickets to MY account, so I used another email address, created an account and then downloaded to the new account successfully. THEN when we presented the tickets, they were INVALID, despite being assured the tickets were downloaded in the email from Ticketmaster. Off to customer service and they issued another QR code so we could get in. I have downloaded tickets before to my first account so not sure what happened.
Giant Center is a great arena to watch a game for a new hockey fan or a dedicated fanatic. It is a great family-friendly atmosphere. I had a blast! I definitely plan on attending more games!
Our first ever hockey game and it was fantastic! Seats were right up front and reasonably priced. We got to see all the action and had a great time!
Played before the Bear’s as a Pee Wee in 1962. I love how Hershey has kept the family feeling of sports, children and grand children in tow to enjoy the pure sport of ice hockey. Hats off to all the Hershey employees that make this happen every year after year. Living in California now, it remains the place to visit any time I head to Middletown during the winter months. To see the fans come out, wearing jerseys and cheering loud and hard for Bear’s is special.
Not a bad seat in the house. Bears had a 2 - 0 shutout win. Almost a sellout.

It’s really really really really really really really really awesome to see the Hershey Bears play even though the last few times they’ve lost I love all the fight
Even though we are coming from central NJ to root for the Bears, despite the long drive it has proven to be an enjoyable experience. From the attendants at the parking lot toll booths to ushers inside Giant Arena, all the people we have encountered along the way have been very cordial and helpful. That makes for a pleasant experience. Regarding the food concessions, the chicken tenders and fries are great. About the only negative comment I have is that the games we have seen have resulted in Bears losses. If Bears management reads my review, I hope they don't ban us from attending future games that might result in another Bear loss while we are in attendance. Go Bears!

Hershey Bears played like they just rolled out of bed. The venue was just as good as usual.
First time for our grandsons at a hockey game. Fair play, hot competition, and lots of noise and fanfare. Perfect idea for time together!
I just had a great time at the game. Got together with my cousin and an old friend and went to watch some hockey! We are going again before the season ends.
