Herb Alpert Tickets

Amazing show. Great sound, singing, trumpet playing and show in general. Glad I had the chance to see the great Herb Albert and wife in concert.

This was a great show. Herb and his wife, Lani Hall Alpert, gave a great performance. They both still sound good. Herb presented an informal feeling to the concert, asking for questions, comments and requests from the audience. The only regret is that Herb presented his biggest hits as a medley, rather than a full version of each one. He is still the only person to have a Billboard #1 vocal ("This Guy's In Love With You") and instrumental hit ("Rise). In addition, The Tijuana Brass had an unmatched five Top Twenty albums on the charts at the same time (four Top Tens). Not bad for a first generation American, son of immigrants.

The show started off slow. Had no idea that he was a jazz artist. Lani Hall was ok, but, she was too close to the mic and her voice did not come out clear! The guy at the mixing board should have corrected that immediately. All i all, the show was fair. I would not go see him again.

Herb Alpert & his wife Lani Hall (Sergio Mendes & Brazil 66 fame) were spectacular. He's 88 and still tooting his horn with flair. She sings beautifully as ever. An intimate concert with Herb answering questions from the audience plus telling stories behind the music. Wonderful Evening, well worth the time & money spent.

Having grown up listening to the TJB, it was a special evening. “Concert” doesn’t begin to describe the evening, it was more like a conversation between Herb, Lani, and the audience. The audience sing-along of “This Guy’s in Love” was very cool. His accompanying players, piano, bass and drums were virtuoso in their own right as each had their own solo moments. I’m so glad I took the time and travel to be a part of it.

He's one of a kind - SO much talent. She's a rock star. The music sweeps you to other levels! It was magical.

Truly one of the most heartfelt and heartwarming concert experiences of my life. It was a truly intimate experience and setting audience with enthusiastic audience interaction. I learned so much about him and his beautiful wife and their lives and experiences as artists. You could feel the love between and Herb & Lani. He spoke with such profound respect for other musicians that just showed his true class. His music captivated as a very young child in 1970. I’m forever grateful for the experience of seeing this legend of remarkable talent and true depth of soul. This show will stay with me forever.

Intimate experience with a masterful entertainer. The backup musicians were fabulous in their own right, lovely to see their solo performances. Lani Hall ... great vocalist as expected.

It was a great experience to see an elderly trumpet player (like myself) being able to perform at such an entertaining level.

Concert was very good. Nice mix of Sergio Mendez/Brazil 66 and Herb Alpert music. All the musicians were in great form. Lani sounded great. Only gripe was that the concert was too short...only 90 minutes. Seeing them again in July for a longer show hopefully! Otherwise really enjoyed it!

Still crazy good after all these years- a great trip down memory road! The venue was remarkable, the talent indescribable. He has sold more records than the Beatles, and to see him in this intimate venue was a once in a lifetime experience.

Was a great show. Herb is amazing for 88 years old. His 3 piece band were awesome. Lani Hall was good as well. Bella hall is beautiful. First time I’ve been there.

I LOVE Herb Alpert and it was such a treat to see Lani Hall and the band. This was a beautiful, intimate evening. Felt like we were in Herbs living room.

The concert was very personal to Mr. Alpert. He shared many facts about his career in music and expanded on his hobbies. The music was delightful and energetic. the background videos displayed his artwork as well as music videos that were matched by his combo playing in time with the videos. several sing-a-longs kept the audience connected to the performance. A great show.!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. A very relaxing, entertaining night. We loved the informal program and the music supplemented with stories of their careers. Highly recommend seeing this gem if you get the opportunity.

It was an amazing concert, very intimate and engaging with the audience! At 87 years old Herb can still blow that trumpet! It was truly a magical experience I won’t forget!

Great band and of course beautiful songs ! Herb Albert never ages! What a treat seeing the love between Albert and Alamo Hall! Herb Alberts wonderful paintings were on display as the background.

My Dad had all the TJB albums and I used to listen to them as I grew up. I lost touch with Alpert and the TJB once I went away to college and quite frankly, forgot about him until the concert was scheduled in Knoxville. The concert was a blast from the past and an interesting night as I thought it was going to be all TJB music. Alpert has diversified into so many genres of music, particularly jazz and has become an artist and sculpter as well. His wife Lani (former lead singer for Sergio Mendez and Brasil 66) still has the pipes and his band was awesome. The Q&A period was interesting as it shed some light on Alpert's career. If you have a chance to see this legend, by all means, do it!
