Hatsune Miku Tickets

I feel that the cost of the 270 tickets is a robbery for customers to be on the floor watching a screen and not a hologram. After a few days they lower the cost. What a disappointment because they want to see their favorite artist.

We were very excited for this concert. A few weeks before the concert we learned that this would not be a hologram concert as was indicated when we bought the tickets, but instead it would be a screen. We couldn't sell the tickets or do anything but go and hope for the best. The music was so loud and there was such a high pitch that we had to stuff toilet paper in our ears to make it through the concert. There was a section of dead pixels on the screen too. As for the merch, we waited in line for 5 hours and everything was nearly sold out by the time we made it. It was a zoo. Very under-wowed.

I was expecting Miku EXPO to use holograms like usual. But, they used a giant TV instead. Kind of felt like a rip-off because of this. Also, they didn't have enough merchandise for everyone. You'd have to get to the merch like REALLY early to get official glowsticks. Besides those things, IT WAS AWESOME! The concert was so much fun to watch and the energy everyone was giving was amazing.

Honestly, I really enjoy the show. It was great hearing the music live and the vibes were there, so the experience was more fun!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. And as for the show itself, there's a good reason why Hatsune Miku translates to "The Sound of the Future"!

When I got to the venue a whole bunch of people directed me to get in line to get inside the building like as soon as I stepped on the premises, only after getting into the building did they tell us merch was ONLY outside and that there was no re-entry into the building. There were no signs at the venue or mention of this on the site, there was only a sign saying no re-entry inside the building. They also stated that merch would close as soon as the concert started so there was no way for us to go after the concert either. The staff at the venue was also incredibly rude stating "they shouldn't have done the second concert no one is even going to this one"(at least 3/4 of the venue was full) and this was right after our group was just saying we were disappointed about not being able to get merch. The concert itself was pretty fun the band went hard, a little disappointed that my first Miku expo didn't have the hologram experience but so be it.

I feel we should get a refund or a partial at least. Paid for VIP but it was basically just a lot of extra money for some cheap loot that was maybe worth 30$. Also we expected a Hologram and got an LED screen. The whole reason we couldn't use brighter glowsticks and had to use the official ones was because of the hologram.

Waited in line from 10 AM to get my light stick, (4 hours early) ended up running out 8 people ahead of us. WHERE IS THE CLASSIC MIKU HOLOGRAM, I DIDNT PAY TO WATCH A TV SCREEN. (Plus the green channel dying on that one panel making it purple was hilariously bad) Idk I'm a poser, I just came woth my friend who loves vocaloid, the fans were cool, the song choices seemed to please my buddy. As an audio engineer I'm also disappointed, almost nothing was being routed to the subs and as someone who was front and center I shouldn't have been able to hear the line array better than the front fills, which I did, making everything feel out of synch. Basically every good thing related to this show was something that came from the fanbase, not the organizers.

Despite it being a TV and not a hologram, it was fine, as I was expecting. The downsides were it was a short concert (1.5 hours), and I didn’t buy a floor ticket. The tracklist had many of my favorite songs towards the end.

Show was great especially being GA floor, but I guess one thing that could be improved was the merch availability and organization. Not sure if ticketmaster was in charge of it but I feel like VIP ticket holders should have had their own access to merch lines or at least VIP tickets holder have a Miku glow-stick with their merch bag. Having small limited quantity stuff for a sold out show doesn’t make sense. But besides that every else was great!

i’m one of the many “older” fans (meaning i just don’t keep up with the scene anymore) who came to this event to fulfill an old wish and indulge in nostalgia. While it was disappointing that the event was different than the original and expected hologram performance (which is fine!! just surprising and i wish that the change had been explicitly mentioned in the initial event promo) and that the setlist catered to newer fans of the vocaloid experience (which makes sense) i had a good time. I arrived at the venue like 20 minutes before doors opened and while the merch was pretty much sold out (also fine, the merch was not cute imo) the staff got us in as swiftly as possible while being safe (i think bag checks held quite a few people up and i did see security give a heads up to many who hadn’t followed the policy). easily the best experience i’d had with security staff at a concert. helpful and accessible, i know it’s a smaller venue but i always had at least two in my eyesight. i’m someone who has noise sensitivity and i always bring earplugs to concerts but even my friends who don’t have issue with loud noises agreed that the volume was quite intense. my friend complained about ear pain for a while after the concert, i know this can be considered normal but i think it’s worth mentioning. the live band was incredible but im wondering if the volume was a little too much for the small enclosed space. overall a fun time :)

The show was great for my daughter, but the lines to get into the event were ridiculous. It took over about and hour for the line that wrapped all the way through the parking garage and snaking back and forth in front of the venue. I found it odd since it is such a small venue, like they didn’t plan on letting people enter earlier to help with line control? We were not even at the end of the line, and we barely made it to our seats on time. I’m sure others missed the opening. Kind of missed the mark in my opinion as far as the venue being run well. Also, the merch booth was outside and by the time we were in front of it, they were closing up which was disappointing.

Just around when the first shows began for the tour, I was aware Miku was going to be displayed on a tv screen instead of her usual holographic looking display which was super disappointing but I already bought tickets and decided to make the best of it. Whether it was Crunchyroll or Crypton I’m not sure, but needless to say the organization for the whole tour and event was completely lacking. Barely anyone was able to purchase lightsticks (less than a hundred were brought for merch sales) when there must have been hundreds of people attending. I personally attended the Phoenix showing and I think their level of unpreparedness was obvious considering I attended their merch line and there was barely any coverage for the sun and I waited around three hours in that line until I had to give up because the line barely moved as is and I had such an intense migraine from the heat, I still felt it 24 hours later. I can only feel worse for the people who waited even longer than I did. In the Phoenix showing, you were able to pay for upgrades in collab with another group for more merch and better premium suite seats which I’m glad I did because the view was spectacular, the energy was high, the seats were comfortable and they offered us snacks and drinks where I could recover from the heat induced migraine. However, I did have another qualm with the lack of communication concerning the show which was my tickets read: VIP Merch Exclusive gift bag for GA which was at the time the most expensive ticket to purchase when presale went out. I did speak to one of the staff about receiving the gift bag and she was very polite about it but explained that my ticket, despite the wording, did not mean I had VIP and just had GA access which was confusing because there was no other ticket offering the VIP gift bag besides the one I bought so I didn’t understand why my ticket described that in its benefits but was considered the wrong ticket for it. There was also another collab being held as a pop up cafe nearby the venue which doesn’t have to do with the ticket, I just thought it was cute even though by the time I went, they were closed and sold out of everything an hour before their actual closing time. Regardless, cute idea and I hope everyone that went had a good time. Despite the many complaints, the Phoenix showing really had the energy to push through and everyone was super excited even with the chaos of the day. It led me to ignore that our favorite Vocaloids were on an LED screen and still had fun, and the band was phenomenal in their performance. I just wish the organization and the communication was clearer with the audience from either Crunchyroll or Crypton who couldn’t be bothered to explain what was going on or take accountability for it even after people were confronting them about it. So overall I was happy to see Miku for the first time, I just wish I either got some merch at all but the line was horrific along with the weather, and I’m disappointed about the VIP Exclusive Merch Gift Bag I didn’t get but that’s about it. I just hope everyone else was able to have a good time.

Everything on the Miku Expo website led me to believe that this concert would have the glass screen hologram projection setup that is the norm for Hatsune Miku Concerts. I bought the VIP tickets as soon as they were available and paid quite a bit, but I had always wanted to see a holographic Miku concert so I didn’t think twice about it. There was NEVER any communication from the organizers or the venue regarding the fact that the hologram setup had been replaced with LED screens for 2024. I certainly would have bought cheaper tickets if I had known in advance that the hologram equipment was not in use. We only found out via word of mouth through unofficial social media pages days before the performance. My group and I still found things to enjoy about the event, but we all feel as though the organizers lied through omission and took some extra cash out of our pockets because of it.

The vibe at the show in the crowd were amazing however historically the Hatsune Miku shows are on a transparent screen that imitates a hologram this concert was literally a TV screen being played in front of a crowd... while the live band was incredibly impressive and amazing we should have been told that the Hologram effect is not what we were getting and that we were all just getting a TV screen of the characters incredibly disappointed with those who organized and marketed this event

Organized, the overall environment was respectful and joyful (no drunk and rude people) everyonewas focused on enjoying the show. I took my two kids that are huge fans of Miku (9 years old), best decision ever for their first concert. If you really want to attend a concert with not judgements and want to have a greate time, this is the concert. Music was excellent, and I really mean it, Miku and friends really offer a great quality show, and the LCD screen it is not bad at all. To improve, you can offer more time between opening the doors and show times or have more door available to enter the venue. If posible a lobby pre-show or fans gathering zone will be ideal. Best show ever.

Regardless of the drama with the merch the event was pretty average. I appreciated the event staff who were in charge of escorting the GA Reserved Seating they were friendly and helpful. Linda one of the event staff helped direct us to which line we needed to be in and she reassured us that the long line would move fast once it was 7. And she was right. I arrived around 6:50pm and got into the venue around 7:30pm. We were able to find our seats since it was a small venue. The main thing that dampen the mood on the event was the sound quality when the concert started. When the first song started I could barely hear Miku or any of the other Vocaloids because the volume for the band was so boosted that it drowned out the vocals to a point where it was painful to listen to. You could only hear the Vocaloids if you plugged both of your ears. It was very disappointing because I have been to Metal concerts that were softer on the ears than this concert. The Babymetal concert last October, I was able to hear the band and vocals in harmony and I didn't need earplugs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing earplugs if you have little ones. I had to cover my little ones ears because of the how bad the sound was. Which is baffling since they started over 10 minutes late of showtime. I felt sharp burning sensation in my ears throughout the concert I could only imagine how it felt for them or how it sounded on the floor. We were in Row M Section 109. As a huge Vocaloid fan(since 2007), I would like to attend another Miku Expo in Arizona in the future if they fix the audio at this venue and get a bigger screen that compliments the stage.

We we're advertised to with a hologram Miku and we got a screen. That may mean nothing to ticketmaster but it means EVERYTHING to the vocaloid Fandom. It's humiliating to us that you think that it was ok to promise us one thing and give us another. The set up was amazing minus the screen, which by the way had a DEAD PIXEL during the concert. I never would have spent the money on a VIP ticket if I'd known we weren't being sold a hologram and I frankly hope the lawsuit goes through for false advertisement. The screen definitely soiled and cheapened the experience for everyone. On the note of the performance other than the screen vs hologram issue. The music was fantastic, the band was awesome and the accompanying set up around the stage was cool as hell :)
