Hasan Minhaj is a two-time Peabody Award-Winning comedian best known for his breakout Netflix special HOMECOMING KING and his critically acclaimed, political satire show PATRIOT ACT WITH HASAN MINHAJ for Netflix which won a Peabody, an Emmy, and a Television Academy Honor. His second one-hour comedy special THE KING'S JESTER premiered on Netflix in 2022. In October 2024, Hasan released his third comedy special on Netflix, titled OFF WITH HIS HEAD. On Hasan's ongoing digital series and podcast, HASAN MINHAJ DOESN'T KNOW, he sits down with the biggest names in politics, culture, and tech with questions that are as thought provoking as they are absurd. In the debut episode, Hasan spoke with Senator Elizabeth Warren, and he's also welcomed John M. Chu, JJ Redick, Bernie Sanders, and Stacey Abrams, among many others.
He will next star in Disney's TRON: ARES that will be released theatrically in October 2025. Hasan is the co-founder and chief executive officer of 186K Films, which is currently in development on their first feature film. He is co-writing the script with Prashanth Venkataramanujam and will star in the film. Hasan was most recently seen in Sony's blockbuster film, IT ENDS WITH US as well as in NEON's comedy BABES, directed by Pamela Adlon, with Ilana Glazer and Michelle Buteau. He was a senior correspondent at Comedy Central's THE DAILY SHOW WITH JON STEWART and headlined the 2017 WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENTS' DINNER.
This was my first time going to a comedy show, and I'm so glad that I choose to go to Hasan Minhaj's show. It was so wonderfully thought-out and it had a deeper message that made the show so worth it. I loved his execution, his ability to switch between hilarious and sincere, and the way he talked so kindly about his wife and children.

Hasan was awesome! His jokes were seamless and we couldn’t stop laughing. He’s very smart and witty and his delivery is on point. It’s worth paying to see him live.
We loved Hasan's Homecoming King show and his netfilx show, Patriot Act. Theres something about being in the crowd at a Hasan show that just hits different though. He's relatable, insightful, and a fantastic storyteller. We can't wait to see his next show!

Hasan Minhaj is an incredible story/joke teller!!!! It was the absolute best show I've been to. Incredible production, atmosphere, and overall experience!
A raucous evening that is at times poignant and occasionally sobering, Hasan does what he does best: he makes us laugh AND think. Turns out those are not mutually exclusive. Think “Patriot Act” with no filter and a personal spin. Oh, and expect your phone to be in lock down in a pouch you can’t open during the show, which Hasan infers creates a space where he is comfortable being himself.
I went with husband instead of friends so was not sure if I will enjoy it; however since my husband has been Hasan’s fan, so had to take him. Anyway loved the show. Best part is that Hasan didn't let us get bored and kept us engaged all that time. This was my 1st ever comedy live show I attended and was afraid if I will be able to handle any vulgar jokes specially since lot of my work colleagues were there; however he never crossed the line so loved him for that. He still has a desi boy touch which is what is best part of him and makes him unique. The only regret I have is that I knew Hasan mom (even before I knew she is Hasan’s mom) still I hesitated to ask her to help me get a backstage pass…this could have been a surprise anniversary gift for my husband…anyway our anniversary is not until November so may be next time … Hope he and his family stay safe and blessed. There’s no arguing that Hasan is a top-tier entertainer. His material, which clearly was thoughtfully crafted and meticulously woven together to flow into a seamless performance, hit us with content that was hilarious, raw and relatable. The sheer fact that he brought that level of ENERGY and QUALITY to a show in BINGHAMTON, NY on a SUNDAY NIGHT speaks volumes. Overall excellent show and experience, and I hope he rolls back through these less-than-destination cities in the near future; I’m wildly impressed with the quality and accessibility of this show.
I've been a fan of Hasan since Homecoming King. This time he explored new techniques on stage. He incorporated the visuals audiences missed from 'The Patriot Act'. I am so proud to be an Indian Muslim! 10/10 recommend he was a delight!

Hasan gives a heartfelt and hilarious take on what's been going on in his life these last few years... and boy is it a rollercoaster ride of a show! My face hurt from laughing so much. 10/10 would recommend.
Had a great time. Mr. Minhaj was very funny, as expected, and very open about his private life. His opening act, Dhanish (?) (in Rochester, NY) was a hoot too!
Definitely first gen brown relatable. Loved it! Made me laugh. Haven't gone to a comedy show in a while. Hasan you gave life to a lot of depressed Rochesterians.
His standup is art. He brought a dang holodeck with him and I'd honestly expect nothing less.
