  • Horrible experience

    by N A M on 10/16/23Rating: 1 out of 5

    1. Sub Par performance by Hasan Minaj (Boring). 2. Security Pouches to keep your cellphones locked is stupid. Someone either thinks Jokes are worth pentagon level secreacy , or someone is afraid the jokes are so bad that it would affect $$$$ attendance. 3. Opening act was some drunk guy off the street. There are much better drunk people that can be way more hilarious. CONCLUSION: Absolutely a subpar comedy show for the price and hype.

Was looking forward to seeing Hasan after seeing his Netflix specials, but the show was a dud outside of a few bits. Boring at times & the opener was awful as well. Overall a disappointment.

Hasan was great, as always but the first comedian Adam Ray was awful. Rob Gleason SAVED the opening acts, he was awesome.

LOVED IT! Had a blast and couldn’t stop laughing, I had fun rewatching the same performance on Netflix too! As a teenager this was slightly awkward at time watching this next to my parents due to some jokes LOL

  • The Kings Jester 2022

    by T on 6/21/22Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Wow what a show. Saw the closing night show and could not stop laughing. The openers were good, the crowd had a lot of energy, and every single joke hit hard. I love how he builds his jokes then gets serious then goes back to joking. Hassan needs more clout. Can’t say anything negative about the experience.

  • Amazing Show! Cant wait for the next one

by Leela on 6/19/22Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This show was amazing! The venue could have been different for more space. The second person that opened for Hasan was terrible. His first opener was great!

  • The show was wonderful! He's always to the point.

I liked everything about the show. Maybe a bit too much time on the baby making issues and snot collection. But it's great to know that 2 healthy desi kids are growing up in the lily "white" neighborhood of Greenwich, CT. I hope they shake up the place by bringing "aromatic" colorful crazy curries for lunch and snacks like I used to bring:-) in the 70s. Love the DO/MD jokes. I couldn't stop laughing....but it's not for every crowd. Definitely in NJ where there is a big population of South Asians and they're all quite successful. The NJ crowd definitely understood that joke. The show empowered me as a desi woman. Muna

Had to leave show early as they took phones and watches away and couldn't tell when the last train was leaving due to show starting an hour late

Hasan was awesome! One of the best stand up shows I’ve been to in a while. Will definitely be seeing him again .. granted he doesn’t forget Toronto.

I know the comedian Hassan is controversial but man he speaks fine. Loved the show and how he incorporate his personal life experiences with comedy made a huge difference in providing new perspective to life.

  • Truly A Great Jester ;)

by GMand on 6/14/22Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Surpassed all prior expectations! Such a funny show, non stop laughter, and yet he brought up such important serious topics. Truly one of the best comedians and with a great purpose.

  • Not really funny

by RKhan on 6/14/22Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 2 out of 5

More than Hasan’s jokes, I liked the vibe and the crowds, how everyone was socializing before and after the event. I laughed just about 3 times during the whole event. He seemed pretty repetitive, I have seen a few of his jokes already on Subtle Curry Trait memes. He also seemed to have a lot of vulgarity in his jokes, just not my type of humour.

  • Great Show... without my phone

    by Britt B on 6/14/22Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Hasan was absolutely amazing! We had such a good time. He does such a good job at blending the serious moments with upbeat laughs. It makes it a really dynamic show. The first opener was definitely weird considering I think he said he was from Toronto. Like Toronto is probably the farthest politically left audience on Hasan's tour, and he came out swinging with a joke coming for women and vaguely the trans community? It wasn't offensive or anything... just awkward. As a final note for your marketing team, you might want to consider leaving the show billboard out front on after the show. On our way in we were stressing cause we were running on brown time, and we weren't sure if the show start was gonna account for that (which it did thank you so much for that). Cause we were late, we didn't take a photo with the sign thinking we would get one after. By the time we came out and got our phone unlocked the billboard was turned off. In the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. But if you were still trying to sell tickets for the second night having people be able to take photos with the sign might be good free advertising especially since we got nothing during the show from our cursed locked pouches. V sorry that most of this review is not actually about Hasan... but you don't critique perfection ;)

  • Great show! Audio level was inconsistent
