Hampton Roads Soul Music Festival Tickets

From the site of the event, to the stage setup, the lighting, the groups performing and the sheer energy of the crowd. This was one outstanding concert event. Not only did Next, Babyface, Bell Biv and Devoe and Bobby Brown absolutely give brilliant performances of their top hits. But, each performed an old school song (or in Babyface's case, a medley of old school hits). Next got the crowd hyped. By the time Babyface was finished his set, the energy level in the place was just electric. So when RBRM (Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky and Mike) came out and performed the roof was set to come off the place. This was the best concert ever and well worth the money spent. This is a must see event.

We really liked the line up this year. The Coliseum was jumping from the beginning to end, the promotors should be commended on putting together one heck of a show!!

The group NEXT was offensive they cussed at the audience did not standing up for their performances. They used the F word and called the crowd Mother’s—- this was so wrong. Babyface did his thing and so did rbrm. Loved babyface’s Energy.

What a night! I did not expect that show to be that fantastic! It far exceeded my expectations...From beginning to the very end the Coliseum was jumping all night long! Next did their thing first to get the party started and then Babyface added fuel to the fire with his set....But RBRM brought everything they had to the stage and blew us away.... UNBELIEVABLE!!

All acts brought incredible energy, from NEXT to RBRM. BBD still move like they’re in their 20s, King of Stage was at his best but Babyface stole the show when he ran off into the audience. Epic!!!

The show itself was good however the acoustic not so good.

It was an awesome show. NEXT wasn't all that good but they really didn't matter. They were the opening act. Babyface did AWESOME and looks good. BBD and Bobby did great also.

This was a fabulous concert! Jon B is a real musician and sounds like he did 20 years ago! Ginuwine sang even better than he did on his old albums and he came out into the audience! All of SWV was wonderful! Coko sang her whole entire face off! Joe's voice and overall performance was great! There were so many untouchable hits at this concert. I had the time of my life! I would gladly go again!

AWESOME CONCERT! FINALLY SOME REAL MUSIC. LOVED ALL THE PERFORMERS...THE MUSIC TOOK ME BACK TO WHEN MUSIC LYRICS SAID SOMETHING AND MEANT SOMETHING. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!

This was one of the greatest shows I've seen and I totally enjoyed the eveing!

Frankie Beverly sang so low he could hardly be heard. His act should not have been the headline, maybe the opening. People starting leaving during his 2nd song, including myself. It may be time for him to consider smaller venues or retirement. All of the other performers were great especially Ginuwine.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE SWV! I've been a fan of theirs since the 90's. Bought tickets to see Frankie, but, by the time they hit the stage I was too tired to enjoy them and had to leave after the 3rd song. Looking forward to next year's show. Great date night event.

Great show. Too bad I was fighting a cold ( which it turned into bronchitis and the drunk guy who was yelling at his wife) but all in all had fun

The concert was awesome I really enjoyed myself. The seating wasn't to good but over all the concert was great. The chairs was to close together it was like someone sitting on top of you. And I had two big guys sitting on both sides which made it Hot. But the performance of the entertainers was great. I even got to dance with Jon B that made my night.. So on behalf of a fan thank you..

I haven't enjoyed a show as much as I did, seeing a lot of my favorites under one roof! Nothing but classics! Best show ever!

I loved every performer!!!Everybody sounded just like they did back in the day. They all looked great too. It definitely brought back memories, unforgettable night!

The sound system was bad In the Coliseum. The first two acts could have been better. SWV was great as well as the young group they presented. Joe was excellent. Maize wasn't that great. I love Frankie Beverly & Maize. The sound system was terrible. You could not clearly hear Frankie.
