The venue was perfect for this event. No lines to get in if you were early. Haley put on a great show. Played for 90 minutes and has a great voice. The sound was good and the venue seating kept everyone close to the stage.
This was our first time seeing Haley Reinhart and also visiting the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie. Both were great experiences. Haley has a fantastic range and vocal command, as well as a mesmerizing delivery and connection to the audience. The venue was an intimate size, with a convenient location, plus free parking. Icing on the cake was when Haley had her parents and sister come on stage and perform with her. Check out Haley's numerous YouTube videos.
First time attending a Haley concert & an Exceptionally Great experience!
Wow!!! This was an amazing event. Not only did she play for 90 mins no intermission but she blew the roof off. She played the perfect mix of her throwbacks, new stuff, some jazz and a little cover. It was a real treat! Make sure you see her in the future.
I am an admirer of Hayley Reinhart vocal abilities and this concert did not disappoint. I also enjoyed her hypnotic hands "ballet" and the rapport with the audience as well as the "boys", a very capable orchestra. The major letdown was the sound. In many of the songs her amazing vocals were completely drowned in the higher volume of the orchestra. Personally, I also think that her stage appearance needs improvement. Best of luck
We got to meet Haley and was so worth it. She is so beautiful and talented. Loved the Sony Hall venue. Loved her setlist with some new and old songs.
The only issue to me is the sound system. The sound broke when she hit big/high notes.
The venue and their service was the best I've experienced. Guests were welcomed to wait inside the cafe/bar next door so we wouldn't be in the cold, where we were later ushered into the main hall. Seating was seamless and the server for my table was very helpful and considerate. The concert itself was fantastic as well! Haley performed beautifully and was so in touch with the audience. 5 star experience all around!

OFF THE GROUND TOUR 2023 Austin... Haley Reinhart is certainly at the top of her game, 12 years since she was top 3 on American idol. The show was freakin Fantastic with great acoustics and horns adding a lot of depth to Haley's pure exciting vocal. Not a huge crowd of about 350 but very engaged and interactive. The 3TEN venue was great for smaller events and some limited seating is available thru large rear doors but with my limited mobility I had to bring my own collapsible cane/stool but it allowed me to be right next to the stage as there were no barricades. Haley was incredible. Not only did she display amazing range with control but, she entertained from the very moment she came on to stage until the entire band walked off. I was very impressed. The opener Reid Bros. were also excellent. The venue was very comfortable with quick access to restrooms and bar. I was surprised how small the event was and would only recommend more clear details about the venue to those purchasing tickets at ACL. The ticket map really misrepresented what the experience was. In reflection of event, I loved the manner in which Haley performed but, I was just surprised.
Haley's one of the most versatile and interesting vocalists alive today, and my personal favorite. She has an instantly captivating voice and has mastered a wide range of vocal techniques that she uses to great effect when interpreting songs. Her touring band - this time with horns! - does a great job of supporting her. I saw two shows over one weekend, and they were both outstanding. There's no such thing as a bad Haley concert - she always delivers!
Very rare a talent that can make all the air around you set still.. or the hairs tingle to attention. On this night, in Arlington, Texas we truly were amazed by Haley and her fine accompaniasts. The set, although initiated by songs from her newest EP "Off the Ground" rolled into all the soulful favorites from Lo-Fi-Soul and then rounded out with many of the covers Haley has been so eloquent to rendish. Haleys sound has always been compared to the the great R&B and Soul Greats such as Etta James, or a Billie Holliday and now, honestly, i can concur. This little Ladies' voice is so in its prime and not once did i detect strain or intonation from her efforts. The complete set was pure joy with variety and style. From Jazz to Early Rock to Soulful Originals, Haley is a Star and she has surrounded herself with classy and impeccable musicians. Best Wishes on your tour Ms. Reinhart- you have left me wanting more!! Best Concert Ever!! And ive seen alot in my 51 years..
I had seen Haley on American Idol and many Post Modern Jukebox performances. First time seeing her solo and it was amazing show. She has such a beautiful, strong voice. Loved the show!
Haley Reinhardt has a voice that is pitch perfect while also being full of emotion and attitude. Not all that hard to sound perfect in the recording studio. Damn near impossible to sound perfect live night after night. Somehow that's what Haley does.
Everything was great except the music mix. Everyone knows the bass guitar should be felt, not heard...except the guy that was doing the audio mix. The bass needed to have the volume level cut by at least 50% in order to balance the mix. As it was, the bass overpowered every other instrument including Hailey's vocals which is what we actually came to hear.
The online music videos do not do Ms. Reinhart’s talent justice. Her vocal range was amazing and the musical arrangements incredibly beautiful. The theater (at Butler University) was small and it felt like such an intimate setting to hear such a powerful voice.
Haley's vocal performance is without parallel - and her band is phenomenal. This was a show to remember for many years.
