  • Hairball rocked the Black Bear Casino!

by drensr on 12/3/12Black Bear Casino Resort - CarltonRating: 5 out of 5

For those who have not seen Hairball - find them and be amazed. They put on one of the best shows. The costumes, play lists, and light show are awesome. They do know how to Rock with the best. Over two hours on non stop music!!!!!

  • Never Disappointed!

by skibumannie22 on 12/3/12Black Bear Casino Resort - CarltonRating: 4 out of 5

This is my second Hairball show and it was fabulous! The guys do a wonderful job of impersonating some of my favorite artists and play/sing very well. Definitely recommend for any of those who grew up in the 80's. (An added bonus is that the people watching is phenomenal!)

  • Hairball was amazing

by pryamid on 11/19/12Alerus Center - Grand ForksRating: 5 out of 5

They did a fantastik job. They played the best songs from the 80's. I loved that there wasn't a time lapse in between bands. They have everything down and played non stop for a cpl hours. Definately worth going to!

  • Ah-Mazing!

by Jodisue73 on 11/13/12Sioux City Convention Center - Sioux CityRating: 5 out of 5

Hairball was exactly as the radio ads described. It was like seeing 20 concerts in one night! Wait, it was even better than that- it was like my 80's Rock-N-Roll Mix Tape came to LIFE and performed just for me :) It was like i hand picked every song- I knew all the words and couldn't stop myself from air drumming all the riffs. Watching the audience was almost as much fun as watching the performers! If you go- you HAVE to get all decked out in 80's gear, hair and make-up! It had pyrotechnics, fireworks, smoke and all the things you'd expect to be amazed by when the rockers take the stage! I won't miss them again when they come to the area. What a blast!

  • Hairball in Sioux City

by BrownC on 11/13/12Sioux City Convention Center - Sioux CityRating: 4 out of 5

Sioux City was Rockin'! Hairball put on another terrific show. We were a group of 10 - some had seen the band before and some hadn't. Everyone thought they were great - lots of fun!

  • Hairball rocks it every time!

I would go again tomorrow! They rock it and do it the best I have seen except from the originals obviously

  • Nonstop Rock

by LRIDGE on 11/11/12Sioux City Convention Center - Sioux CityRating: 4 out of 5

Rockers from A-Z, well pretty close anyway. From the opening KISS set to the ending AC/DC music and entertainment was non-stop. Great entertainment and one of the lead singers has some AMAZING chops! To sound like Steve Perry, Alice Cooper, and Brian Johnson and not miss a note...pretty impressive!

Great show, loved the music selections. Nice venue with decent accoustics.

  • Hairball was the best 80's experience ever!!!!

by IAHalexis on 11/7/12Deadwood Mountain Grand - DeadwoodRating: 5 out of 5

Great music, costume changes and the vocals were incredible. If I didn't know I was listening to remakes I would have thought I was listening to the original artists!!!

  • Most Metal Timewarp Ever!

    by fireproof30 on 11/5/12Deadwood Mountain Grand - DeadwoodRating: 5 out of 5

This was probably the most fun I've had at a concert in years. Several of the songs were spot-on with the original artists (especially KISS and Guns n' Roses)! During the Van Halen set I swore David Lee Roth himself jumped into a time machine and popped out in Deadwood. Even the singer's facial expressions and moves were straight out of a VH/Roth music video! These guys went pretty much nonstop for over two hours, and that drummer deserves a spot in the Golden Gods awards next year. He never left his kit and maybe took a two-minute break the whole night. Rapid-fire costume changes toward the end didn't detract from the performance at all. Name a hair metal band from the 80s, they played at least one of their songs. They even busted out with some Queen (with two different incarnations of Freddie), Prince, Journey, and Alice Cooper (one of my favorite parts). And of course they had to close out with encores from Motley Crue and AC/DC. These dudes kept the crowd into it and had us all in the palms of their hands the whole show, and they even got some kids involved on stage with their instruments. Worth it at twice the price, and a show I will ALWAYS remember. Look forward to seeing these guys again next year if I'm still in town!

my family and i thought that the hairball event was great! we all had a very good time. we were a little worried with the event being general admission, but it turned out to be better than we expected because we could find an area that worked the best for us, and wasn't really as packed as we thought. this was our first time to a hairball concert so we thought it was great. we loved the music and the bands that played, even the fans that dressed up for the era.

  • Hairball was AWESOME!!!!

by BallHair on 11/4/12Deadwood Mountain Grand - DeadwoodRating: 5 out of 5

The show was like being swept back in time! Such a good time... It was like a highlight reel of all the best times in each act's career, Before Axl Rose was a clown etc... haha

  • First Time Hairball concert goer

    by mndivergirl1 on 10/29/12The Sanford Center - BemidjiRating: 5 out of 5

As a first timer to see Hairball I was thrilled that they sounded so close to the real bands. These guys are talented, hard driving musicians and performers. Music selections were great, only 2 songs I didn't recognize, but my husband did. These guys did NOT take musical liberty with the songs, they sang them as if they were being sung by the original band and everyone in the crowd sang along. I would gladly pay more for tickets to see them again.

I grew up with this music and I loved every second of this concert. The opening band was good too. I couldn't believe how much all the lead singers sounded like the real performers. If you like Kiss, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Twisted Sister, Alice Cooper, and so many more, then this is the show for you. Totally going to see them when they come back again!
