The Hairball concert was a blast! The talent displayed by the group was amazing. It was so much fun anticipating which group you would see next. The impersonations were spot on.
No matter your age, if you were a lover of the 80's hairbands or even just like a few, Hairball is something you don't want to miss. You can't NOT have a great time at a Hairball show. Always remember "if its to loud, you're to old"
it was fantastic! best time ive had in a long time! i plan on going again.
Hairball was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for those of us who lived the 80's
Loved, loved, loved these guys! They had a great opening band, amazing costumes, special effects and sets. I especially LOVED how they imitated the bands and singers perfectly. I will absolutely be keeping track of these guys and going to more concerts for them.
Hairball is always amazing and love the new additions and changes!!!!
What a fabulous show. Plain and simple, awesome music. And a great show and performance, once again by the band "Hairball."
huge fan went to one show want to see all. just like seeing 10 shows at once with a hairball twist. and Happy is such a workhorse awesome.
Awesome show as always. These guys rock and get tbe crowd into it with every set and song.
Hairball ROCKED the Mankato Civic Center Friday night !! Very authentic recreations of some of the best 80's hair bands, from the elaborate costumes, to the amazing music and vocals !! Took you right back to the era you grew up listening to !! Never took a break and Rocked it ALL night long !!!
Hairball Rocks!!!!!!!!! It was a great time!!!!! If you love 70-80's music, you need to see this band!!!
If you like the ole' 80's rock and roll music, then this is the band to see. Well worth the price of admission. You won't go home dissappointed. Non stop entertainment all night long.
You'll relive a lot of euphoria over music, people knowing the words, it sparks emotions, from the songs, it's a memory burn -- it's a great gig. A lot of young people don't know music before lip sync. The band seems like some good guys too, from their interviews, they want you to bring out your kids to see what shows were like back then. Hairball's got a lot more to offer than a lot of tribute bands -- they cover bands throughout the 80s and 70s, something for everyone. They did it all with costumes, did about 20 bands from the 70s and 80s. While one or two singers were changing their outfits backstage, the rest of the band would play, and the singers would alternate. They did Kiss, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Poison, Ozzy, Whitesnake, Queen, Van Halen, Prince was the best with Purple Rain, Bon Jovi, Cinderella, Alice Cooper, others I can't remember. Each group, they'd do about three songs, dressed up as them, really nailed the mannerisms, they must have watched a lot of video, lot of pyrotechnics. It was a great time for all! It was Bridge View Events Center's biggest seller in Ottumwa last year, and it was packed tonight, I'm sure bigger -- center holds about 5,000.
These Guys Are Amazing. They Appeal to All Generations.
Loved the concert - please bring them back soon!! The concert at the state fair was better - but this one was awesome also!!
I've been seeing Hairball for over 6 years and I've never seen a worse show than this one. Bottom line the tickets were $5 more than in the past and the show was a full hour shorter (2 hours long total).
Fantastic show, A++ for Hairball! Highly recommend seeing this show, it was a blast from the past... You would swear that you were really watching Ozzy, Queen, AC/DC and Poison!
This is the second time I've seen Hairball in 3 months. Can wait to see them again! Hairball ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hairball was good again but just not quite the show as last year. They seemed to play a shorter time and didn't get as "showy" as last year. Still a fun time, though!
