Grand Rapids Ballet Tickets

The ballet performance was fantastic! Excellent, strong dancers - we found the male performances particularly noteworthy. The set design/activity was impressive, and the live orchestra was very good as well. The venue was comfortable, easy to move through. Lines at intermission are quite long, for both the restroom and refreshments. We ended up skipping a snack to get back to our seats in time for act 2. An extra beverage stand or two might be a good idea.

Our 17th year at The Nutcracker and we were, once again, not disappointed! The performers, scenery, music were fantastic. We miss Mother Ginger and the scarf dance. We look forward to other performances this winter.

The Nutcracker is an annual holiday tradition for me and my grandaughter. This year the dancing was amazing and the story remains magical. Thank you Grand Rapids ballet and orchestra for another wonderful memory. .

We sat in row S of the mezzanine. Didn’t know how well we would be able to see the stage, but it was just fine! Our granddaughter LOVED the whole experience.

A wonderful time to spend with family. Watching these on point dancers, take over the stage, with a spectacular ballet. Sets the tone for your holiday, as you listen to the Grand Rapids Orchestra performing the nutcracker music.

Best ballet company we've seen in 5 states and more cities. The choreography was stunning and the technical abilities of the dancers was impressive.

Grand Rapids should be very proud of the level of talent and professionalism of their GR Ballet! Absolutely the best!!

The ballet had talented dancers and beautiful costumes. But only part of the story was told. Poor communication; no warning of how long the intermission was, or how many acts. I'd recommend lower priced and local performances.

Family tradition for me, my daughter and my mom. We love attending the ballet and can't wait for next year! Highly recommend. Smaller children should wait. Several kiddos around us were bored and antsy making it harder for us to enjoy. Parents: please be considerate!

The dancers and the orchestra performed marvelously.

The dance was beautiful. The Russian was still was our favorite. Some scenes were missing this time that were there before. Yet you sold ornaments regarding it. 1st 1/2 seemed a bit boring however still great. Slight oops were perfectly covered up.

I really enjoyed the variety of performances! My favorite was the "Land of the Gods,"but it doesn't mean the other performances weren't as spectacular and breath-taking. Loved it all!!

This was a fantastic show, very entertaining and beautifully done. We are extremely fortunate to have this ballet company in town. I think that dance is underappreciated as entertainment and I strongly encourage everyone to give it a try. You will not be sorry..

The Grand Rapids Ballet - Broadway, was absolutely beautiful, amazing, mesmerizing. I loved every second of it. We are so fortunate to be able to experience the ballet in such an intimate setting. Thank you!

I drive a long way to see this company perform. Grand Rapids is so fortunate to have James Sofranko's talent and the magic that the dancers create under his direction. I highly recommend seeing this company - worth every penny and every hour in the car. They are mesmerizing and incredibly talented.

The dancers were excellent. The costumes were better than I was expecting. The orchestra was amazing as always.

First just a few basics. The online ticket purchase and digital ticket/entry experience were easy and seamless. Parking is convenient. (I will say the seats were rather uncomfortable but totally worth it, not complaining! Other seats I’ve had at DeVos have been fine🤷🏻‍♀️) Anyway…Now the fun stuff. The Grand Rapids Ballet Company did a phenomenal job. We are so blessed to have them right here at home! Romeo and Juliet blew me away. Everything about it was beautiful. The professionalism of this company was on full display throughout every aspect of the performance. The sets, props, costumes: gorgeous. The company members are excellent technical dancers, incredibly skilled actors, truly seasoned artists. The choreography was absolutely beautiful and well suited to display the strengths, skills and athleticism of the dancers. The ballet really stayed with me, I haven’t stopped thinking about it for days. James Cunningham’s Romeo was truly perfect. To experience such a moving and beautiful performance was a gift.

Wouldn’t know was not able to attend since the daughter and granddaughter I was taking came down with COVID. No return or credit given on tickets so hope you enjoyed my $$$

This was my husband and I 1st time at a ballet and I absolutely loved it! It was such an amazing performance and the dancers were so in the moment and carefree as they danced. Absolutely stunning and made me a ballet fan! Bravo!!!
