    Hope

by Flower on 1/17/20Alamodome - San Antonio

Ok seats were great a little tight but great view. Next time we are buying our tickets sooner so we can be closer. Alcoholic drinks were very expensive glad I don’t drink but my husband does. They need to have boxing items for sale. Give flyers of the fight at the entrance so we can keep as memories.

    Great Event. Not Handicap Friendly

    by J.C. on 1/16/20Alamodome - San Antonio

Everything about the event was great except for handicap access. There was no signage I saw for handicap parking and the walk to the arena and back to the parking lot was exhaustive. Otherwise, the staff were friendly. Concessions were readily available with no long lines. The fights were great. San Antonio should continue to bring high class boxing and mixed martial arts events to town. But please, if there is something that could be done to make it easier for persons with disabilities to attend it would be much appreciated. If there are handicap access procedures in place then better signage and information would help. Thank you in advance.

    “3.5 stars”

    by R. M. on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

This event is a reminder that San Antonio will turn out for well-promoted boxing cards of a decent quality. Shouldn’t have to even say this; but it’s mystifying that national promoters ignore the city for long, long stretches despite doing well here. // Needing Improvement: concessions are horrible. Long lines, lackadaisical service, middling quality. I say this after every Alamodome event and it doesn’t get better. No lessons have been learned. Sad.

No Schedule shown anywhere. No way to know what contenders were in the next fight....

    Good Experience

    by L1Z on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

First time attending a boxing match and being in the Alamodome. The ticket said it started at 4pm, so we arrived at 4pm, however there was several matches before the actual fights that were going to take place. There are restrooms in every section so that was very convenient. A lot of concession stands and people selling drinks around the stadium so you didn't have to get up to go to the concession stands. Overall good vibes, good experience.

    Horrible experience

    by J. D. on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

My husband and I arrived 30mins before event doors were to open at 4pm. Staff having trouble with metal detectors not working (excuse me staff was not prepared at all for this event!) we get inside and they only have 2 areas for food and drinks!!!! Unbelievable with so many people there for the fight lines were extremely long and waiting time was ridiculous!!!! Way under staffed and poor management!!!! This was our first visit to the Alamodome coming from Dallas Texas I was extremely disappointed..

    Great Event/ Shoddy event planning

by Mike on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

To get this out the way. The card more than delivered and was worth the movie. What was disappointing, was the layout and generally lack of guidance over the floor seating and concessions lines. It was outrageous how long it took to purchase a simple drink in any line. Thee floor seating was so tight and uncomfortable that it hamper my enjoyment of most of the card. Hopefully next DAZN event in San Antonio correct these issues

I enjoyed the event! It was a KO!

by Dan the huge boxing fan on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

I enjoyed the undercard and the main event and I have followed Munguia in his last 2 fights and he is an up and coming champion at middleweight.

    Lackluster matchups

by Julio on 1/14/20Alamodome - San Antonio

Quality of fights was average at best. Alamodome is outdated , not enough concessions open , long lines , poor and unfriendly service.

    Great Lineup!

by JeffyG on 6/24/19Ovation Hall at Ocean Casino Resort - Atlantic City

Great lineup of fighters. Equally matched boxing opponents made each fight exciting to watch. The female fighters were the BEST of the night; hard hitting & experienced, they threw lots of leather and combinations showing how hard they both trained for the event. Fun night!

    great matchmaking fights!

by R. E. on 5/6/19The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Golden Boy has great matchmaking; picking the right fighters to fight each other; but why the poor attendance? The Joint (Hard Rock) was virtually empty, except for the fighter's direct family. What happened? Get the word out, as the fans are half the fun of going to the prize fights.

Majority of the fights were mismatched.

by JPabon on 6/11/18Turning Stone Resort Casino Event Center - Verona

The venue was great but Golden Boy have to give us better quality match ups. The undercard fights were such mismatches.

    Get the start time right

by Anonymous on 12/4/17The Theater at MGM National Harbor - National Harbor

Overall I had a good time, I enjoy watching boxing, but please get the times right next time. Originally I was told 5:45 doors open, 6:30 first fight. That was a few weeks before the event when I bought the tickets. Then it became 5:00 doors open, with the first fight still at 6:30. This was maybe a few days prior. Then the day of I get an e-mail saying the first fight is actually at 6:00. This was a weeknight event where we're all coming from work and have to get through rush hour traffic to get to the venue. We couldn't change our work schedules the day of so we missed the first fight.
