About

Nine-piece multi-cultural band, GOGOL BORDELLO return to America to bring venues like Aztec Theatre (San Antonio) to capacity as they travel coast to coast. These shows will give audiences a first chance to hear new tracks from their seventh studio album Seekers and Finders, which Mojo Magazine calls an “air-punching, vodka-swilling anthem, custom-built for circle pits worldwide."

Tickets for all shows go on sale at 9am this Friday, December 8.

My Live Nation members can secure tickets first during the exclusive pre-sale beginning 1pm Wednesday, December 6 until 5pm Thursday, December 7.

For complete tour and ticketing details, visit: livenation.com.au.

Formed in 1999 by frontman Eugene Hutz, Gogol Bordello took their style of Eastern European-influenced gypsy punk and doused it deep into the underground rock of New York City. In keeping with his vision of creating an international groove, he recruited musicians of all ages, nationalities and cultures to join the ever-evolving line-up.

The group’s supercharged music is based on a gypsy two-step rhythm and is augmented by styles picked up along the way including metal, rap, flamenco, roots reggae, Italian spaghetti, western twang and dub. Their music and legendary concert performances have earned the band a global following and critical praise.

Don’t miss this aural party of instruments including violins, accordions, trumpet, marimba amongst the standard rock basics of guitars, drum and bass. A live musical experience like no other, Gogol Bordell will break boundaries this March.

"... the ever-evolving collective has defied the boundaries of continents and genres in their quest for spiritual illumination through gypsy punk." - Consequence of Sound

  • Awesome Energy

by Noirel on 6/13/16Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I went to this show mostly for Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls, and got there late but saw both groups/artists in action and was THRILLED. Since both groups are headliners I wasn't sure who I was going to end up seeing but I saw both despite arriving late. It was a general crowd type, rather than there being any seats. There are a lot of places to stand upstairs though, if you would rather stay out of most of the crowd. There was so much energy on stage and in the crowd. The artists gave their all and kept the crowd very involved. I can't recommend these guys enough, and on top of it all I was in the right place at the right time and got to leave with a gig poster that I got signed by both Gogol Bordello and Frank Turner.

  • Frank Turner is a must see!!!

by Anjelori on 6/13/16Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Frank is a rare talent and truly a rising star. His vocals are impeccable, his music and lyrics and hooky and meaningful, his band is tight (and easy on the eyes!), and his energy is off the charts. Frank and the band left it all on stage to deliver a fun and memorable concert. There's no doubt that super-stardom is in the cards for them, so be sure to see them now while you still can!

  • Ain't no Party like a GB party!

by Megapolis on 6/13/16Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 4 out of 5

2nd time I see GB. This band's energy is tough to match. The crowd was really into it. The venue might have over sold tickets and it was tough to get a good spot to watch unless you wanted to mosh. I was with my date and that was not an option for me that night. I think there might have been two musicians missing from the 1st time I saw them and the band replaced them with 2 girls that were basically dancing, playing the washboard and Bass drum. More of a visual fix than musically but not bad all the same. They played for 1 1/2 hours total. One encore song, Wonderlust King was the best part of the show.

Great show! Super high energy. Venue a little small but not bad at all.

  • Gogol was amazing

by Gutsandglitter on 6/13/16Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Hate the venue,I always feel like they oversell tickets. Had some friends leave before Gogol went on cause of how tight yhe situation was. I was beyond estatic to watch Gogol Bordello live! What an amazing show! Really look forward to seeing them again. (Hopefully a different venue)

  • Frank Turner and Gogol Bordello was a crazy night!

by Neinjess on 6/13/16Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

We went primarily for Frank Turner who was as awesome as expected, plenty of energy, crowd participation, and great music! We hadn't seenoticed Gogol Bordello before, just heard that it was a great show, we weren't disappointed! They are fantastic! Amazing show, great songs! All in all a great energy filled evening!

  • Like A Virgin

by TheAC on 5/31/16Uptown Theatre Napa - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

It was my first Gogol Bordello show and I'm now a forever fan! It's a wild party for all ages. We sang. We danced. We clapped and shouted. Eugene and Sergey sing and play to each other's beautiful gypsy souls. Each member is a master contributor to the extremely entertaining and amusing gypsy punk sound. Cant wait till they come to my area. Bravisimo!

  • THEY GYPSY PUNKED THE HOUSE!!!!!

by QueenVSAK on 5/31/16Uptown Theatre Napa - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

One of my all time FAVS, no one gets the house on their feet like Gogol Bordello! And THIS show was in a SEATED Theatre, people were up on their feet at the first song, and never sat. This is the kind of band you want to see!

  • Prepare for craziness!

by LoopedTape on 4/17/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Great show! SO much non-stop energy from the band and the crowd! Such a diverse sound due to the addition of the punkest violin and accordion you will ever experience! Drink lots of water before to keep hydrated and be prepared to get a little crazy!

  • Gypsy Punks rip up the State Theatre!

by chocolatejesus on 4/10/16State Theatre - PortlandRating: 4 out of 5

Thank you Gogol Bordello for coming back to Maine and delivering Gypsy Punks. Missed Pamela and Elizabeth. Thank YOU State Theatre for continuing to bring great performances to Maine in a general admission setting.

  • GOGOL BORDELLO cannot stop kicking ass!!!

by Yelloweenie on 4/8/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was absolutely off the hook. With high altitude energy from beginning to end and a rowdy and lively crowd, this show will be a fond memory until the next time Gogol tears down the house again!! If you have not seen them by now... they have been holding it down for ten years strong now! Hence the anniversary victory lap!

  • Gogol Bordello was phenomenal!

by GypsyFunk on 4/8/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

As always, Gogol Bordello put on a high energy extravaganza of a show April 4th at the Paradise in Boston. Despite the bands efforts, the venue was awful. The room design made for poor acoustics so the sound quality was sub-par. Since Drew Bledsoe's stage dive fiasco years ago, security at the Paradise has become too aggressive with the outcome being a lethargic, cowed audience staring blankly at the stage. In the end, the band put in 100%, but the audience and venue were duds making for the least enjoyable Gogol experience I've had thus far. Here's looking to the next show and hopefully a better crowd!

  • Gogol Bordello slays yet another show...

by ThatOtherGuyYouKnow on 4/7/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

I cannot express how much I love this band, especially live. Terrific set by openers Xylouris White (Jim White may be one of the best drummers I've ever seen) followed by an insane recreation of the explosion that is the "Gypsy Punks" album. My one regret was in missing Elizabeth Sun with them. Highlights for me: "Mishto," "Undestructable." Can't wait for the next show.

  • Incredible show!

by BoboBrasil on 4/7/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The band: This was the second time I've seen Gogol Bordello and they put on, both times, the best live shows I've ever seen (and at the age of 51, I've seen quite a few)! They have great energy, from start to finish. The venue: I've never been to the Paridise Rock Club, before, but it's a great place to see a band. Two floors to watch from and several bars, to boot. I would definitely go to see a show there, again!

  • Lots and lots of energy

by jposterling on 4/7/16Paradise Rock Club - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed the Gogol Bordello show. Most of the songs were recognized by the crowd and so we had a giant sing-alongs which is just great! Highlights: Be Young Again, Start wearing purple

  • Amazing!

Third time seeing GB, and they were better than ever! can't wait for the next tour.

  • gogol bordello in clifton park

by SacredDog on 4/4/16Upstate Concert Hall - Clifton ParkRating: 4 out of 5

an odd, cool venue (some sort of strip mall). the sound was not great. bad mix which got better. (couldn't hear the singer well enough). the surfers were a distraction to me. (why come to see this great band and spend frenetic time playing in the sand box? oh, mosh pit. I really enjoy the theatrics of Gogol Bordello. It is not JUST music, there is an art presentation going on simultaneously. The theatrics were greatly reduced for this performance, and to my chagrin, the two hot babes that played drums and/or cymbals in remarkable outfits (and that bring incredible color and street theater to the performance, did not come/perform.) At times , I thought the lead singer was tired. Don't get me wrong, he was incredible, and put out incredible amounts of energy, but he said it himself... he was just awake seven minutes! ha. "who ARE you?" "where AM I?" "WHO am i?" was all very fun and entertaining. without question, these guys work their buns of. the show was great, the audience was enthusiastic, the "ukrainian" gypsy nature was soooo welcome to this group. Even the warm up set by the (is he south american?) guy at the mix board was pretty cool (although went on a bit longer than it should have) I am an old guy and have seen sets by bands most readers of this review could not comprehend ... ha.... they probably were not born yet! but this was one of the very few bands left in the world that I really cared to see any more (I also have this odd thing for Flogging Molly!) The gig was a delight. I'm glad to have seen them.

  • Gogol Bordello does it again!

    by KrabbyPati86 on 1/3/16Terminal 5 - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

No matter how many times you see them,it never gets old! High energy, fun and a crowd pleasure. Even my friend who doesn't know them and just went along for NYE loved them and said she had the most amazing time ever! Danced our butts off all night and terminal 5 is a great venue with a couple floors and balcony overlooking the stage. There's not a bad seat in the house. They also don't charged you an arm and a leg for bottled water but also set up a water station right next to the entrance/exit.
