    Okay

by Ally on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

It was great seeing the artist and the event for global change. However, it was not fun standing in the rain especially when they wanted the tickets printed. But overall it was exciting.

    needed to be postponed

by sunoo on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

it was fun seeing everyone but like they really should’ve postponed it due to the rain. pretty much everyone i know was there got sick and the rain really made the experience less fun. i think they should have at least set it a week later because of the rain.

    D-Nice Experience

by CQ on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

I enjoyed the entire event, donating and dancing. Salute to Hip-Hop 50th year shout out and bravo to the attendees and production crew for pressing on through the rain. The energy of D-Nice’s performances kept me want to stay longer in the windy rain to have a experience of a lifetime.

    Amazing experience!

by K-pop lover on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

So organized and safe! amazing performances! Even though it was raining day overall it was a great event. They didn’t forget any detail. I would have bigger screens in front for people behind, for future events . I would definitely come back. We traveled from Florida just for this event . Stray kids and BTS Star ! ❤️

    SO FUN!!!

by shannonxtyler on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

VIP is worth it honestly - had an incredible time without having to deal with an overly massive crowd! Would definitely go again!

    Big screen

by Caroline on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

We wished that they will use the big screen (stage one) to show every performances like they did for Anitta. We saw nothing because we got the speakers in front of our big screen so we wished that they used the big screen to show use the performers. Maybe that close to 30 minutes of speeches was a bit long between eah performance. We left earlier because of that too. We enjoyed the show but not as much as we thought

    Absolutely amazing

by Mirrored3 on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

3RACHA was absolutely incredible. They were 100% worth standing in the rain for hours! Everyone who was there could feel their energy! The festival itself definitely could’ve put some shelter along the 1-2 hour long line though.. If you weren’t in view of the stage then you would have to look at the screens, which were conveniently blocked by speakers, I wasn’t able to see the performances very good because of that. The only thing that saved the weather and conditions everyone were put through were the amazing performers! While some fans were INCREDIBLY rude (RHCP) some were very nice! (Stays)

    Amazing performance but…

by lora on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

The performances were amazing I was just there for JungKook 3racha and Conan and I had general admission(free tickets)and tbh it wasn’t bad at all. I was was still able to see the stage and the performer even though they were far away and if you can’t you could see them in detail from the big tv they had out in the park.Over all I had a good time especially because it was my first time in NYC and seeing the performers. But I would recommend to not spend money on a ticket especially for GA if you wanna go just for fun. Just stay home and watch the live stream you’ll save money and time. One last thing I will say is if it’s raining your outfit no longer maters bc at that point you’re just going to want to stay dry than trying to look cute. And wear rain boots please the mud out there don’t play.

    Wasn't the weather

by Meg on 9/27/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

Stage was too low. Speakers blocked most of the actual screens. Was in global section however being 5'2 could barely even see the stage and artists. Stage needed to be higher. All the artists were amazing.

Amazing concert, some tweaks is all

by william on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

the music was amazing, I loved the water bottles they gave out, such a good cause. But the food could’ve been more options, the people next to me were throwing up because they were so high, and the merch tents ran out very quick. However, still an amazing concert for my birthday weekend

    It was ok

by Jess on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

I appreciate the meaning behind the event. It was inciteful. I think the guest speakers could have been spaced out more throughout the first couple of hours. The beginning artist such as Conan Grey and 3Racha could have had 2 more songs each. The food area for vip was poorly placed. When people were leaving after Jungkook it was a struggle to get anywhere near the food. Ultimate vip area could have been smaller to allow for citi premium vip to be closer. The speakers were left dead center of the side screens so we couldn't see anything. It seemed like someone forgot to pull them up. This was for all the side screens. The food was good. For an environmentally conscience event, it lacked recycling recepticles. I think the festival underestimated the turn out for stray kids initially and definitely didn't understand how kpop crowds work.

by Jess on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

    Great cause, Great performers!!!

by Pamela on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

Great experience for a Great organization and crucial causes! Even though the weather was terrible, the speakers and performers were excellent! The only improvement I would make is a quicker exit from Central Park to get to the road/ transportation options. Our Citi Premium VIP tickets got us in at 81st St and took us very quickly to our section. The exit we were directed out was 9 blocks down at 72nd St. I have a heart condition and was not expecting to be forced to walk that distance.

didn’t get to see Anitta - horrible

by Mattheus on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

Horrible, was in line and left the line to go home as I see Anitta was opening and performed her whole set while I was in line. I was only there to see her and save the planet. Besides the rain making my 2 paper tickets wet and to be useless. I thank global citizen for trying.

    JUNGKOOOOOOOK

by Este&Nat on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

10/10 WORTH THE PAIN (from the rain and standing) WILL DO AGAIN!!! Staff was very nice and helpful. The festival is also quite organized.

    Experience could have been better

by Christe1225 on 9/26/23The Great Lawn at Central Park - New York

Unless you were Premium VIP you were not treated very well. We had VIP tickets but we couldn’t see anyone who performed even on the big screens. We were disappointed with that. It would have been great if they had all areas where you could actually view the performances. Additional the way to the exit was really long and the staff made sure to let us know we were not Premium VIP. I doubt I would ever attend this event again.
