Givēon has made himself one of music’s brightest stars by bringing vivid color, depth, and soul to songs that capture the intensity of life’s twists and turns. After coming to fame via Drake’s “Chicago Freestyle,” the CA native became a force in his own right. Givēon had a whirlwind 2020 after releasing his Platinum-certified “Like I Want You” (225 million cross-platform streams in the US). He kept the momentum with “Heartbreak Anniversary,” a gauzy ballad that peaked at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100, garnered over 668 million streams, and earned 2X Platinum status. In March 2020, Givēon’s debut EP, Take Time, confirmed his evocative songwriting prowess and would be nominated for Best R&B Album at the 2021 Grammys. His fall When It’s All Said and Done EP further explored the peaks and valleys of love and, when re-packaged with its predecessor in 2021, hit #5 on the Billboard 200. After being nominated for a 2020 NAACP Image Award for Outstanding New Artist, he won BET’s 2021 Best New Artist, and his audience is growing—to the tune of over 1.7 billion streams globally. He even hit #1 on the Hot 100 in March on Justin Bieber’s “Peaches.” That hit helped him win award for Best Pop Song at the 2021 MTV VMA‘s where he was nominated for seven awards including Best New Artist, Best R&B and Best Pop Song. Drake then invited Givēon back into his world, this time for a sizzling verse on Certified Lover Boy’s “In the Bible” with Lil Durk—one of a guaranteed run of thrilling collabs to come. And at his festival debut, Lollapalooza 2021, he found a sea of voices who knew his lyrics. But success has never really been a goal—Givēon just wants to bear his soul, wich he does by bringing venues like The Fillmore (Minneapolis) to capacity, all around the world.

Love him This is my 3 rd time seeing him this year and he never disappoints
His voice was so good! The crowd was amazing. He did all the hit songs. Started with a bang and ended with a bang. He didn’t talk much but when he did ouu child. The man, the voice, the vibe was greatttt.
Although my experience itself outweighs the difficulties my friend and I encountered, there was a lot of frustration from us and everyone else in the VIP line behind us with how the staff were not communicating/agreeing on when VIP would be able to enter. Our email from On-Location stated that we would be getting in an hour earlier than general admission, meaning they would open the doors to VIP at 6PM, but that did not occur. Later on, some staff workers informed the VIP line that we would enter at 6:30PM and began scanning our tickets to do so. My friend and I were first and second in line and immediately told to go back outside by the merch workers since we weren’t allowed in until 6:40PM, only 20 minutes before general admission was allowed in. When 6:40PM hit, we were still waiting to be let into the entrance, so anxiety and frustration was filling countless VIP members. Other than that, the concert was amazing.
This was actually my first concert and I got to see my favorite artist! Needless to say it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was amazing and the environment was good as well, the only change that I would say needs to be changed in the future is for the venue to turn the air on because it is a tight space and everyone was on each other but the fact that they handed out water was a great way to try and help with that issue.
I cannot wait until you sell out big stadiums. You're gorgeous, your music is fantastic and it was an out of this world experience to see you
Giveon's performance was top notch. No issues there. My issue is with the venue and the chaos that ensued trying to get in. The show was to start at 7pm, it was raining, my ticket said they would start letting people in at 6:30 but that didnt happen. I paid extra for platinum loge and people that had GA or standing seats were let in first, they were being let in since 6/6:15. At 7 they let us in.. the show did not start until 8pm.. the opening acts kept going until 9:15 pm.
Seeing Giveon was the best experience ever! I waited about 9 hours to be right at the stage and it was well worth the wait. I will definitely be going to see him more when he’s on your!! It was very easy getting through security and scanning my ticket as well, and the staff at the venue we’re very nice and helpful.
WHEN I TELL YOU ID DO ANYTHING FOR THIS MAN LIKE IF I HAD THE FUNDS TO SEE HIM A HUNDRED TIMES AGAIN I ABSOLUTELY WOULD
Loved his stage present as well as his set list. He’s very engaging with his fans and such a down to earth person.
Giveon had a spectacular stage presence! His setlist was so good, I loved the crowd, his band was great. The whole show was so good. Would 100% recommend seeing Giveon at least once live!!!
Giveon is just as a vibe in person as he is in the studio. Clear audio and he sung all my songs! The Live Nation drinks they were selling at the venue was top tier and it was such a good idea to sell them in shaker cups so you can get refills throughout the night. Will definitely be seeing Giveon again as well as any other artists at The Ritz
We had great seats! Giveon was AMAZING! His voice and overall performace was awesome!
Giveon is amazing. You could really feel what he was singing. The vibes were immaculate. Everything started on time. His voice is heavenly. Everything was amazing and I can’t wait to go back.
He and his openers were fantastic! I wish i could get closer but over 100/10
I saw Giveon for the first time at the Coca-Cola Roxy. I was not familiar with the venue and was not able to get any information before the concert because the box office was closed. So I was very surprised to find out that after spending $450for two tickets that I had general admission tickets. That's a lot of money to spend to have to stand up so I'm just curious how much money did you have to pay to get a seat. But the show was awesome.
Drinks were awesome! Food was good! Lines were ridiculous but everything else was good!
When I say this is one of the best concerts I’ve been to this summer that would be an understatement. Once Giveon steps foot on stage it is entertaining from beginning to end. He even signed fans merch at the end of the concert! If you ever get the chance to go to one of his shows please do. You won’t be disappointed!
Giveon gave an amazing performance , he was amazing and his voice was great!! I disliked the venue because if you are short you cannot see ANYTHING . Tall people push and get infront of you so all you could see was the back of someone’s sweat head. Something needs to be done because all short people around me, including me could not see anything.
This was literally like one of the top two concerts I have attended. The music, the sounds, the set up, the singing. He did music from all albums. No complaints! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Giveon was a dream come true. I have been to a good bit of concerts but by far this has to be one of my favorite ones. From the openings, the band, to the last song he performed everything about this show was great. Giveon did not disappoint he had all the girls screaming and the entire crowd singing along. His vocals are incredible and unmatched in person. I give this concert a 10/10 and I would love to relive this night again.
