girl in red - the alternative pop artist from Oslo, born Marie Ulven, is continuing her path to global stardom, kicking off 2024 with a bang. In February, she announced that she would release her debut album for Columbia Records. Titled I'M DOING IT AGAIN BABY! the album will release in Spring 2024, followed by a tour across North America with shows at Radio City, The Greek, The Ryman Auditorium and Red Rocks amongst many other major venues.

girl in red continued to gain momentum in 2022. She started the year with a Best New Alternative Artist nomination for the iHeart Radio Music Awards. It was a well-deserved nod, considering she was the most played female artist on Alt Radio with "Serotonin". The song reached #2 and spent 30 weeks on the Alt chart, 21 of those weeks in the Top 10. "Serotonin" streams currently surpass 176million for the track, with nearly 5billion career streams to date.
girl in red spent much of 2022 with a robust run across North America with major festival highlights including Coachella and Lollapalooza. She also had monster sets at Oya, Glastonbury and a sold-out headline show at NYC's famed Pier 17. Additionally, as a thank you to her fans, girl in red released a stand-alone track entitled "October Passed Me By", a sequel and continuation of her beloved breakout track "we fell in love in october". The song, which girl in red worked on with Aaron Dessner, was released with an accompanying short film directed by Gustav Johansson, stars respected Norwegian actress Lisa Loven Kongsli as well as Ruth Vega Fernandes.
In 2023, girl in red was handpicked by Taylor Swift to open for her on her $1B groundbreaking Eras Tour. In addition to opening for Taylor, girl in red had her own UK & EU headline run in 2023, including a sold-out show at Hammersmith Apollo.
I saw her preform in DC and it was amazing. The energy in the crowd was excited but not too rowdy. She really cares about all of her fans and responded to a poster we had. I can’t wait to see her again.
i saw her with a friend at pier 17 and it was so so good. we were so close to the stage and my friend touched her at one point because she ran through the crowd. she interacted with the crowd a bunch and was a great artist to see live. i would def try to go again!! loved it sm<3
i got to the concert 4 and a half hours before the doors opened and boy am i SO HAPPY I DID. i was at the barricade DIRECTLY in front of her. all the songs sounded 100000x better when she sung them live, and she even added an improv acoustic "Rue" to the setlist when the audience asked. she ran through the crowd, showed us some unreleased songs, and did the harry styles whale thing and spat water on us. since i was in the front i was lucky enough to get soaked with maries spit. OH and did i mention that when i waved to her in the middle of "." she saw me, made eye contact with me, THEN SMILED AT ME AND WAVED BACK. its safe to say this was the best night of my life. the whole audience was full of life and it honestly just felt like a dream. if you are thinking of going, JUST BUY THE TICKETS. you will not regret it i promise.

Marie is such a rockstar on stage. She’s super personal with every show, she speaks directly to your crowd and about the venue. She even changed up the set list because the fans were requesting a song. 100% have to see her again!
It was phenomenal. 10/10, she spit on me and I touched her arm. The venue was great but the heat would have been a real issue if her team hadn’t passed out water.

Marie always puts on a show. She is so committed to her audience and and provides a lot of crowd interaction. She has the voice of an angel and can rock out like no other!
It was definitely hot, and being on the rooftop didn’t make it any better. The security was so considerate and gave out cold water constantly. People had fainted and both security and the singers made sure they were okay! Overall a great show

Not only was girl in red absolutely amazing (as she always is) so was the venue. It was so amazing watching the sunset as they performed. Not only her but both openers were also amazing. She sounds exactly the same in real life and makes everyone so comfortable when she’s talking

marie was so perfect and so caring. at the concert i was at 4 people passed out, her and her opening acts stopped the whole show until paramedics could come and she was so sweet about it. above all else she was amazing and sounded perfect. 10000000/10 would recommend 😍💕
OH MY GOD BEST CONCERT EVER. IT WAS SO GAY I WAS SO HAPPY EVERYTHING WAS JUST AMAZING; SUCH A CORE MEMORY I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. I’VE NEVER FELT MORE SAFE IN A ROOM ALSO EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE. OVERALL 10/10 WOULD DEF GO AGAIN IF SHE COMES TO SAN FRANCISCO I LOVE HER SO MUCH.
I just knew some of her songs. And bought the tix a day before the show because I didn’t know she has a concert. So I went alone and wow!!! The show was just amazing! The crowd was crazy! Her energy and connection to the audience was just astonishing. I would go every time she has a show in my city now. I love her. I love her artistry. Not lying, best concert so far for me.
It was so gay and it made me so happy. i have never felt safer in a room with thousands of people ever and it was just such a great thing to be able to experience. marie was lovely she is an incredible performer and really knows how to work a crowd, though she did lose her shoe and i really hope she got it back!!! i love girl in red and i love lesbians thank you goodnight
by far the BEST concert i have ever been to, energy was amazing and performance was immaculate! my only complaint would be on the venues behalf with allowing all the people jumping out of car to cut in line right before doors opened…
Her music is so good! I felt bad cause she was sick, but she put on such a good show. She was such high energy even though she didn’t feel good. I respect her so much for not canceling that show.
My friends and I had an absolute blast at house of blues watching girl in red & holly humberstone! Since we ate at the house of blues, we got a “pass the line” ticket, which was great. The show was amazing and the staff was very helpful and nice to the fans! Cant wait to see Marie again!
