  • Sounded great

by meteora318 on 5/18/16Pompano Beach Amphitheater - Pompano BeachRating: 5 out of 5

First time at Pompano Beach Amphitheater. For a small, open venue the acoustics were AMAZING. I grew up listening to Gin Blossoms, Tonic & Dishwalla. Saw Dishwalla over 15 yrs. ago & they sounded just as tight last week as they did 15+ yrs. ago. Can't believe these bands have been around for 20 yrs., feels like yesterday.

  • Fun night!

by Layna on 5/18/16Pompano Beach Amphitheater - Pompano BeachRating: 4 out of 5

It was a beautiful South Florida evening out with my son. Dishwalla was great, but then came Tonic. My son is a musician. He was blown away by Tonic. I was so happy to see him go to that magical, special place that great music takes you! Gin Blossoms were good, but so mellow in comparison. Hard to be brought way up by music, and then go mellow. Certainly enjoyed their hits. Jealousy my favorite. Overall, great night of music.

  • Still got it!

by Reinbaby13 on 3/15/16Gordie Brown Showroom at the Golden Nugget - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5

The Gin Blossoms concert was a great sounding band then and still is today! The concert took place at a very cozy nearly private venue at the Gold Nugget. There was no bad seat in the house. The band was very interactive with the audience, sometimes handing out the instruments to play along with them.

  • Had a blast!

by Hawaiians on 3/9/16The Canyon - Agoura HillsRating: 5 out of 5

We had an excellent time! The band was awesome! The Canyon Club was spacious, clean and has a great layout. Fun crowd WITHOUT a bunch of drunk people spilling alcohol all over. Can't wait to see our next concert there.

Gin Blossoms came out with a Bang and ended with a Bang.... Great Show Wonderful Seats

  • by Anonymous on 3/9/16Saban Theatre - Beverly HillsRating: 5 out of 5

The Gin Blossoms always put on a good show. They had a mix of old and new and the lead singer was able to get everyone on their feet dancing.

Great venue, good sound and the crowd was fantastic. I would and will be going to shows here in the future.

Awesome concert! Robin Wilson gave me his tambourine during the concert! Unforgettable.

  • Great band, not great venue

by AD702 on 3/7/16Gordie Brown Showroom at the Golden Nugget - Las VegasRating: 4 out of 5

4th time seeing Gin Blossoms in concert and it was very apparent there were issues with the sound and lighting. Very odd since I never experienced that at any other venue, even with an outdoor concert. Still a great show just would have been better had the sound/lights been on point.

Gin Blossoms was a little disappointing this time! The band came out 10 minutes late & Robin looked as if he just rolled out of bed. He seemed to be either annoyed or disappointed in the audience. Barely interacted or smiled. The concert was over in an hour & 10 minutes. I LOVED Gin Blossoms & was so excited to get tickets to see them for my birthday. Other concerts were amazing, but this night was different.

  • Gin Blossoms were great! Venue not so great

by TDIrishman on 2/17/16Mount Airy Casino Resort - Mount PoconoRating: 4 out of 5

The Gin Blossoms were excellent. You forget how many hit songs they had until they play them all. They played non-stop for nearly 2 hours and everything worked great; I just wish the lead singers mic was turned up just a bit. Would definitely recommend to see them and would see them again myself. The venue, Gypsies at Mount Airy Casino, left a lot to be desired.

  • Sound Out the Room

by LoveTheBlossoms on 2/16/16Mount Airy Casino Resort - Mount PoconoRating: 3 out of 5

The Gin Blossoms are great, the repertoire fantastic my only complaint is that no one in the band seemed to remember there was an audience of fans in the back rows of this small, to medium size, stadium seating, theatre. C'mon I've been in bigger movie palaces. Someone could have acknowledged the fans in the upper, back rows. Little Signs, "Please limit talking during performance" would be nice. Mr Talky Talk with the escort next to us didn't shut up throughout the whole concert. The sound quality was poor and that's being generous.

  • Intimate Gin Blossoms Encounter

by LimeyinNJ on 2/16/16Mount Airy Casino Resort - Mount PoconoRating: 5 out of 5

This venue is small but nice. We were in the second row and about 8 feet from the stage. The band sounded exactly as they do on albums. Very interactive, due to venue size.

I stayed overnight to see this show because I enjoy the Gin Blossoms so much.

  • OC Sunfest 2015

by ChainJ on 10/8/15OC Inlet Parking Lot - Ocean CityRating: 2 out of 5

I sat in the back half of the outdoor tent. I had been at other concerts here, and although the acoustics are much better at the event's outdoor stage, concerts at this indoor stage are usually worth attending. And the opening act confirmed this. But the main act was a different story. For a long time I could hardly hear the vocals and guitar, and the bass drum overpowered everything else. After some time, the worst problems were corrected, and we could actually hearing the songs the way we remembered them. But the overall sound quality was still way below average and wasn't up the recorded version standard either vocally or instrumentally. However, other people seemed to be enjoying it, so maybe it was just me and a few others that can tell the difference.

Band lacked energy. Not a good performance. Would not recommend

  • Gin Blossoms/Spin Doctors

by Bluesmanforsure on 10/3/15OC Inlet Parking Lot - Ocean CityRating: 4 out of 5

The Spin Doctors opened and were beyond fantastic!!! The Gin Blossoms came on and did a Mediocre first song and the lead singer was mad because the crowd didn't cheer as loud for them as the Spin Doctors.Made some smart remarks then was a whiney brat after that. We left before they were done but the Spin Doctors made the show worth it.

  • Old 90's memories

by SpectacularMe on 10/2/15OC Inlet Parking Lot - Ocean CityRating: 4 out of 5

Spin Doctors were great and very entertaining. Gin Blossoms were good too! The GB sound/volume was off and made the lead singer inaudible in the 1st part of the concert. Overall, both 90's bands were good and brought back good memories. Still easy to sing along and threw in some new tunes as well.
