Genesis is one of the world's biggest selling and most successful bands of all time. They have sold an estimated 100 million albums and have played to sold-out stadiums and arenas all over the world for decades.
The evolution of Genesis is unique, their sound developed and progressed throughout their career and with multiple line-up alterations in the early years, the classic line-up of Tony Banks, Phil Collins, and Mike Rutherford took shape in 1976.
'And Then There Were Three' (1978) was the first album the band released as a three-piece and spawned the single 'Follow You Follow Me' which was their first UK top ten and US top 30 single and proved to be the start of huge commercial global success. The albums 'Duke' (1980), 'Abacab' (1981), 'Genesis' (1983), 'Invisible Touch' (1986) and 'We Can't Dance' (1991) followed for the trio, alongside almost constant global stadium tours cementing the band as one of the most successful of all time.
Tony, Phil and Mike reunited again as a band in 2007 after almost 10 years for the Turn It On Again Tour which went on to be one of the biggest grossing tours on the year playing sold-out stadiums around the world.
2021 will see Genesis tour for the first time in 14 years, in North America, the UK, and Ireland.

Very disappointed . Did not play more popular music. Too many long guitar riffs. Music sounded poor and off. Crowd was very underwhelmed.
Sound was expertly done - great acoustics. Awesome to see these guys out for this likely last time. Nick did his Dad proud on the drums no doubt. Great time.
Even with vaccination verification, the crowd moved quickly and, to their credit, remained masked through the show. Musically/instrumentally the band was as tight as ever and I believe that Simon Collins is every bit the drummer Phil ever was (full disclosure: this is my 4th Genesis concert, the first was in 1978 or so). However, of the four Genesis concerts I've seen, the sound at this show was atypically very sub-par. The mix was very bottom-heavy and I often could feel the bass going thru my body at the expense seemingly of everything else. Several times while watching Tony Banks on the wide screens I realized that I wasn't hearing anything he was playing at all. Two times during the show the digital delay on Phil's voice started dropping bits and he consequently sounded very mechanical. He surely has lost a lot due to his health problems, but even so the whole concert was less than it could have been due to the sound issues. Regardless, I was happy to see them again and send them off. While it may not be the last domino for them it is for me, and I'm content that I was able to see a classic rock band perform at the top of their game.
Loved Genesis going through memory lane with all the great songs they played was fantastic. The unfortunate thing was entering the TD Garden and being yelled at to wear a mask and show your papers it felt like I was in another country. Sad but as long as they keep doing this i will not be going to anymore shows there or even buy tickets to go see the Bruins play
Followed Genesis since Gabriel era and was glad to see them one last time .
Wonderful time. Great seats. Felt comfortable with COVID restrictions in place.
Hadnt seen them since the 80s . Lots of yrs have gone by since but they did a great job. Thanks boys.
What an experience. Genesis was awesome. The staging and lighting was what you would expect from Genesis.
Very good arena sound and TD Garden staff very friendly.
How awesome that Phil released free tickets to ticket holders of the previous day. I thought it couldn't be real but it was so 4 of us were able to see the show instead of just 2. Thank you!
Glad Phil could tough it out to perform one more tour. Band was great, exellent light show, exitingto Nick on drums. Accoustics were not that great, didnt do Phil justice. But the crowd ate it up anyway. Great show!
Genesis was a great experience!! Phil Collins sounds wonderful still and Iāll cherish the experience forever. Iām so happy I was able to see them play
Seriously, every arena in the country should go to school on how efficiently the TD Gardens staff handled vax card/ID check, ticket check, magnetometer. In our seats in about 5 minutes. Ticketmaster emailed/texted every day the week before the concert with useful information. The concert was a perfect sendoff for Genesis. Well done, well done indeed!!
Iwas very excited to see this Concert. I have seen Phil years ago, he was fabulous! I also love Genesis songs. They only played a couple of songs that I knew, I was very disappointed. I paid a lot of $$$ for the tickets. I had trouble bringing up the app on my phone. I had practiced it before the concert, but could not make it work when I arrived. People that worked there, helped me, it took forever!! we missed the beginning of the concert. They should just should have had paper tickets. People handled my phone. I had good seats, but it was weird to watch the concert through that huge screen they had in of the control center. I never should have bought these tickets. I had to sell one, because my friend's father has Cancer. It was nightmare,
We went the first night and while weāre in the nosebleeds had a fantastic time. Much to our surprise we received an email from Ticketmaster with a promo code inviting us back for the second show with better seats for free! We thought it was a scam at first. Needless to say it was hard to pass up a free pass to see Genesisā last ever show in the US. Both shows were fantastic and did not disappoint.
It was a great show, music and light show. I would definitely go again.
Had no idea that Phil Collins was so ill. I felt like I was at a wake not a concert. First big event I have attended in Boston since COVID. Wish I waited longer for a more fun act. Love Phil but old memories were much better than the other night.
He looked broken down... but his voice was amazing... great show...
Seeing Phil Collins in concert was a bucket list item for me. I was star struck. Though seeing him looking so frail was tough.
Getting to our seats was seamless- from checking in with our tickets and COVID cards and ushers helpful getting into your seats. Sound and music was great. Enjoyed the concert and able to get out and listen to music. Despite the fact that people around you feel they need to get their beer and make us get up at least 10 time and have no shame not going the other way to access their alcoholic drink, the music was great. Love how the person in front of me thought it was okay to drape her coat on my feet. I feel bad because the people making us move so they can leave the row kept stepping on her jacket. I donāt know how you control the pot smoking but you would think that after being inside and the holiday season people would show some āgoodwillā instead of being selfish and rude.
