Yes, Will Call tickets available for pick up 90 minutes prior to the event. Customer must have credit card used to purchase the tickets, picture ID, and a confirmation number.

Ample parking is available in the city parking structure located at 225 N. County St. Please enter on County Street. A nominal fee will be charged. Valet parking is available for most events. Please approach the valet drive from the east on Clayton Street from Sheridan Road. A nominal fee will be charged.

Accessible seating is available through the Box Office only. Please call 847-263-6300 Elevators are located on the north side of the lobby and serve all levels. Listening devices are available to patrons at the coat check on the first floor. A picture ID is required at the time of use.

No refunds or exchanges. Event date & time subject to change. Tickets subject to cancellation if suspected of brokering or violating ticket limits. The Genesee Theatre is not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or purchased through third party website. Lobby doors open approximately 90 minutes to curtain time. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without a refund. Smoking, vaping, and electronic smoking are not allowed inside any part of the Genesee Theatre. Photos may be taken inside the lobby areas of the Genesee Theatre; however, cameras and recording devices are not permitted inside the auditorium unless specified by production. Professional cameras and recording devices are not permitted inside the theater. Backpacks and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted in the auditorium. All bags are subject to search. Unless stated, everyone regardless of age, much have a ticket to be admitted into the theater. Out of respect for our patrons, children 2 years and under are not permitted in the theater unless they attend a specific designated children's show.
