    A fan’s dream come true!

by Ang on 12/20/23Massey Hall - Toronto

This experience was an amazing experience! You got to enjoy Geddy Lee’s speaking tour but then, the special guest is his band mate Alex Lifeson, wow! The stories and shared experiences they shared with us were even more special because they both could relate to a story using their own perspectives. Best Rush experience ever!

Great production, great insights, amazing venue.

by CoryB on 12/11/23Auditorium Theatre - Chicago

Great format, excellent moderator, thoughtful questions submitted, and amazingly personal stories shared with the audience. Respectful crowd appreciated Geddy (and Alex & Neil) and the entire crew over their 45+ year career. The book is one of the finest autobiographies I have ever read. The 16-page program that came with the book at the venue was a treat. Thank you Geddy for sharing your parents story of the Holocaust and the impact it had on your life. You paid great respect to anyone impacted by this sad and un-thinkable time in history. I hope the world can learn something from some of what you shared. With all due respect from this Rush fan going back to 1978 when I first saw Rush at the International Amphitheater in Chicago and the subsequent 31 times since. Thank you for your contributions to making the world a better place with your music, charity, and perspective.

    Excellent

by ROB on 12/10/23Massey Hall - Toronto

It was amazing so much fun, however massey hall needs to raise the speakers higher it's not fair we paid money to see the performer not a speaker

    Wow-2/3 of Rush, reunited!

by Abe on 12/10/23Massey Hall - Toronto

Guest host (changed up for most shows) was the legendary (and BFF of Geddy Lee) Alex Lifeson! It veered a little bit from "about the book"(this was my third time attending), but that was to be expected. Two amazing human beings who radiate goodness to everyone within earshot. Just a fabulous evening.

    Was there as a guest

by Clk on 12/10/23Massey Hall - Toronto

As much as it was fun to see Alex and Geddy talk it was not good. Alex is not a moderator the conversation was full of inside jokes and not a lot of real insight. The reading was good Too much yelling out from the crowd was encouraged sadly by the Q&A with George. I do not think this particular group of men needs encouragement

    Better Than expected

by Norm on 12/8/23The Fillmore Detroit - Detroit

Having Chad Smith (appearing as Will Ferrell) be the interviewer was a great surprise. It certainly started the evening with a great laugh! The dialogue between the 2 was very entertaining! Getting the "behind the scenes"tales was also very interesting. Overall while the tickets were overpriced considering it was not an actual performance, I was not disappointed.

    Thank you for coming

by Joe from Detroit on 12/8/23The Fillmore Detroit - Detroit

It was a pleasure to hear one of my favorite singers and bass players up close and personal. The venue was intimate and we all felt Geddy bonded with us. Please think about touring again with two drummers including Chad.

It’s hard to explain to people what I went too

by Different kind of venue on 12/7/23The Fillmore Detroit - Detroit

I guess this was an author/book promotion- I enjoyed the interview with Geddy Lee and hearing about his life but I wish the venue had played Rush songs before the show started and during intermission. It was just kind of weird to listen to a rock star talk about his life without any of his music to accompany it.

    Great Geddy

by Rockdog on 12/7/23The Fillmore Detroit - Detroit

Wasn’t sure what to expect from a book club gathering on a Monday night but it awesome. From Chad Smith as the guest host to Geddy reading from the book about his life experiences it was very engaging. The stories about his boyhood growing up in Toronto and the start of the greatest rock trio ever made for great conversation. Really made for a great evening at the beautiful Fillmore Theatre.
