Amazing time at Raymond James stadium although the experience would have been better with two better teams but still enjoy the time with family
First visit to this facility. Well laid out, even the highest tier didn't seem too far away from the field. Nice areas for tailgating. Easy escape from stadium by using residential parking, and being able to drive immediately away from the masses. Only downside is the same with every sporting event, unreasonably high prices for food/drink. But when you're not allowed to bring your own, then the door is open for price gouging.
The game and all the in game and pre game activities were awesome. The only complaint is my tickets I bought did not scan. We got in but that was not good.
The game was great and the stadium club seats in 235 were excellent view of game. The not so great...no one outside to help locate the right gate/entrance or ask questions. I went to complete opposite end entrance. Security checking in crowds could have been much more efficient. Sign saying leave everything in pockets which of course set off the metal detectors and delayed entrance. Lastly, the PRICES were outlandish. Over $20 for a double mixed drink, as well as a hamburger. These prices were much higher than the college game prices. There was once awesome attendant selling beer in the seats and I asked where the popcorn was. He went down and brought me a bucket up! GO KNIGHTS.
Amazing time at this bowl game. It was great to beat a Florida gator. CHARGE ON LETS GO KNIGHTS!!! Best in state
What I selected as seats and what came to me were 2 different things. We realized when we showed up at the stadium and one wasn't a seat ... just standing room.
The game went above and beyond expectations. From the ease of entry to the stadium to the extras in the game, like having the different color lights for when the teams scored a touchdown. Also, more bowls should use this as an example by having a regional match up, playing within close proximity between the two schools.
