I have seen many wonderful (Music) events during the last 2 years. I had listed my favorite shows as: # 1 - # 2, etc, Gary Puckett & the band moved to First place. The "GARY PUCKETT & THE UNION GAP BAND" show was just OUTSTANDING !! We had thorougly ENJOYED the whole performance and so Happy that they are back touring again !
My husband and I really enjoyed this concert. Gary is very funny and a great singer. Wish he had toured more. Didnt discover him until about 20 years ago

Gary has not only an incredible voice still, but a very great stage presence! He had just flown back from Australia and was jet-lagged, but you would have never known it-he sang for two solid hours with his powerful voice. He also did a marvelous tribute to the Veteran's in the audience that was very special and had many tearing up. Very genuine guy and amazing talent! We took our 29 yr old son and his girlfriend and they even enjoyed Gary, but we raised them listening to all kinds of music! I had been watching for Gary to tour for years and besides Johnny Rivers who I haven't seen yet, I feel like he is one of the great's to see & we have seen many-young and old; Tony Bennett, Bill Medley, Boz Scaggs, B.J. Thomas, Neil Diamond, Kenny Loggins to name of few of the best we've seen.
We were seated in about the third row on the left end the four people in front of us were reseated somewhere else. The speakers were right there in our face, the bass was too loud, making it painful and almost distorting the sound where we were.
We loved the music, and really appreciated that they saluted the Veterans. We enjoyed hearing some of the history of the songs and the band. We truly enjoyed the entire concert.
Gary still has a great, powerful voice. Unfortunate that the instrumentation overpowered the vocals. This is a recurring problem in most concerts/venues today. The new band members are talented and a good addition to the group. Gary did a very nice tribute to Veterans. He asked them to stand; talked about their sacrifice and then did a tribute song for them. This was not just a "thing to do".
Fun show to watch. He involved the audience well, and was very personable. Lots of songs that brought back good memories. It was about the right length. Nice to see the supporting band members in Union Gap uniforms.
My husband and I left after few songs as Gary Puckett's voice is totally gone. He forgot lyrics and his guitar screeched until it was fixed. Just about the worst show ever. He should have been very embarassed to be up on stage. Someone needs to tell him he is finished. Worst show we've been to.
Got my money's worth. Nice to take a trip down memory lane.
Seems to be a nice guy, great stories and still has a fantastic voice. However, he and the band seem out of practice with eachother, not keeping the same beat. His old favorite tunes, that we so looked forward to, didn't sound the same. Many people walked out early. We were disappointed but hung in there, hoping it would improve and at the price of the tickets we were not about to leave early.
Although Gary may want to research his political material before a show ( ex. gave applause for all military then put down Hillary Clinton our former senator who saved the airbase). He still has a good voice and body, liked the custom made black suit also. Did a lot of good old songs including Elvis Presley. Also had good back up band. Great show Las Vegas quality in Niagara Falls, New York.
The venue was perfect for them. They put on a fantastic show, very good with the audience, great songs and singers. Just all around great--great seats, great venue, great show. Thank You Gary Puckett.
Gary Puckett brought back a lot of old good memories.Sound was good and Gary did all of his hits including Lady Willpower,Young Girl,Woman Women and This Girls A Woman Now.....
Awesome performer! We enjoyed every moment. he was very personalble.
