    Tunnel Party Was Great!!!

by xesshi on 3/11/14B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

The party was like the nightclub. Same vibe, crowd, performances. The only thing I would say is the party is going to get larger so the venue may need to too. Flex needs a spot like the original spot for a party like this. Other than that, had a great time!

    DIPSET Killeddddd IT!!!

by The1RealBarbie on 4/8/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

The Show was absolutely amazing, Flex did his thing on the 1s & 2s, but all the festivities started almost an hr later then scheduled. Dipset killed the whole show & they brought out special guests like JR Writer, LLoyd Banks & Wacka Flocka. The only part that sucked that I sat in a booth to the right of the stage & had this annoying security guy stand right on stage with dipset in the way.

I Waited nine years to see Dipset Live!

by Marv922 on 3/27/13B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

I've wanted to see DIpset Live in concert since I was 13, i'm 22 now so you can tell how hype I was for this show. They performed all the classics and even some of their newer joints. I wish the music was louder and the sound quality was better but that might have been because the crowd was so loud. I'm sure most people in the audience had never seen Dipset perform as a whole. It was a legendary moment.

Really good Show ,lack luster crowd!

by NYStateAMind on 12/19/11BB Kings - New York City

The performances were great but the crowd did not maintain a high level of energy. Dres (Black Sheep) stopped and had to redo the "Engine, Engine #9 ..." verse because people did not respond like NY should have! EPMD not being there was understood due to Erick Sermon's health issues but I guess a lot of people did not know and they did not announce it until the end of the show. I was indifferent about Black Rob until this show, he was on point! It was a little disrespectful when Grand Master Melly Mel got very little love when he came out on stage at the end but then again it was almost 4am and a lot of people were walking out. I alway enjoy shows @ BB Kings.

Only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option

by nothinglefttochoose on 11/29/11B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

So very disappointed with this show. I had looked forward to seeing EPMD and Black Moon for months and had heard good things about B.B. Kings as a venue (my first time). Show was scheduled for 11pm, with doors opening at 10:30pm. We got there at like 10:50 and there was a line. Cool. Got in quickly, grabbed a drink and hit the floor. The place was basically full by 11:30-11:45 with the line having fully died down. However, they decided to keep the DJs (multiple) on stage until 12:35am. Really???? Even for the city this is ridiculous! Black Sheep came on first and played for almost 25 minutes. 5 minutes changeover. Special Ed came next and played for 25-30 minutes. Last song was 'I Got it Made', which was candidly the only song of his that I knew (especially given he was singing new stuff). Had to leave at 1:35am to make the last train out of the city back home to CT. Plus it was Thanksgiving morning the next day so staying any later wouldn't have worked. Ridiculously pissed off that I paid $96.50 ($37 per ticket + 11.25 in ticketmaster fees... x2 tickets) to see this crap. I complained to the doorman/bouncer on the way out and asked to see a manager, but he said it'd take 15-20 minutes so I had to leave. Awesome show.
