We were shocked to see that Freddie had lost so much weight. Secondly, I’m not sure if he knew or realized his voice wasn’t coming across as we knew it to have been! Found out also that he has Kidney disease. I’m sure show life can be rewarding but perhaps he should attend to his illness.
Freddy Jackson must retire. His voice is gone, and he just does not have it anymore.
Regina Belle was amazing...prayers up for Freddie Jackson. Many, many people walked out. I stayed out of respect.
We went to see Regina Bell and Freddie Jackson. Regina Bell was amazing! Lots of energy and an incredible voice. I give her 5 stars. Unfortunately, Freddie Jackson struggled. He couldn't quite hit the notes and seemed a little tired. I'm sure it's because he's been fighting kidney disease, which I didn't realize he had until the concert. You could tell he's been through a lot. I feel like someone should have told him that either he needs more rest to build his voice back up or it might be time to hang up the microphone. I felt bad for him. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving the concert early. We were disappointed as we were really looking forward to seeing him.
Freddie is and forever will be a phenomenal singer!♥️♥️

I left after two songs Freddie didn’t look good and I know he is dealing with an illness so I understand that. I couldn’t bear to see him in that way. Nothing but love for Freddie. I will be praying for him!!
The sound system at Motor City Soundboard was low/muffled at times. Several people left the concert early due to the issues. Freddie Jackson performed to his best ability and had a great sense of humor. The staff was cordial and knowledgeable.
It’s about time for him to retire from doing shows. He only sang about 5 songs. He talked more than he performed. Songs was off beat. Not a good experience.
I love Freddie Jackson to death but I think it’s time for him to wrap up the live performances. The band was great. He should’ve really had the back up singers carry him more or simply lip sing. The crowd supported him but some parts were hard to watch. Venue was cool just lots of obstructed views.
