    He's still Got It!

Frankie Avalon and his band put on a great show! Frankie still has the looks and the moves and can still belt out a good tune!

Frankie Avalon had an Awesome show

by Linda on 4/25/23Golden Nugget - Atlantic City

You would never know that Frankie is 82 years old. His voice and movement on stage is fantastic. His oldest son Frank Jr on drums and he sings a duet with Don Everly's (Everly Brothers) son Edan of 3 Everly Brothers hits. I did NOT want the show to end.

    Nostalgic show 1960 style

by Bob on 4/25/23Golden Nugget - Atlantic City

Frankie Avalon still has his voice despite his age! He has a very spirited show, highly entertaining and even has his son and one of the Everly Brothers sons in the band! Frankie, besides his top hits, sings songs in tribute to some of the vocal stars of the 1960's who he was friendly with during that time.

    Frankie Baby!!

by Donna S on 10/30/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

Excellent concert in Pensacola, FL!! He is still rocking, rolling and telling lots of stories about Philadelphia where he grew up and Hollywood where he made it big! Eighty two!! Wow! Makes me feel young !! And his son as his drummer along with the son of one of the Everly brothers on guitar - surely the next generation of talent from both their families!!

What a great trip down memory lane! Frankie is such a great entertainer and singer. His vocals are still fantastic. It’s difficult to believe he’s 82! I loved that he honors his friends from the past. So happy that I saw him. Great experience for my memories.

A wonderful Sunday afternoon of Music Memories

by Fussell on 10/26/22Pensacola Saenger Theatre - Pensacola

I received tickets from my sisters for my 70th birthday. My husband and I had great seats, and the theatre was beautiful. Frankie Avalon is still a great singer and performer. His hit songs were sung as if it was 60 years ago. Band was excellent, his tribute of his family was so good. We enjoyed every minute o the concert.

    Frankie Avalon

by Pat on 11/27/19The Soraya (The Valley's Center for the Performing Arts) - Northridge

Very entertaining show. Frankie was energetic. It was nice to learn about his family and past through pictures and his story telling. His voice is still great too. The facility was very beautiful and made it easy to see and hear the show. The band was a great back up to Mr. Avalon. More shows like this at this venue would be greatly appreciated.

Loved the mixture of songs and videos. The audience was involved with some of the singing. It was lots of fun.

He is a WONDERFUL showman and did not disappoint with his performance. He connected with the audience and sang so many of our favorites from years ago. Just a perfect evening, and we wanted it to go on and on!

It was a fun evening to watch Frankie to perform live on stage. It is hard to imagine that he is about at age 80, but still full of energy and with great voice. My wife and I really enjoyed the whole time.

    Ya still got it! :)

by Doreen13 :) on 4/30/19South Point Showroom at South Point Hotel Casino and Spa - Las Vegas

Frankie...still the best looking guy in the room! I LOVED his variety of songs and him introducing the band members. I LOVED that his son's are right there making history with him. Sure wish HE had come out to sign our tickets and album covers or pics too, but I am sure he was tired. After all he isn't a young man anymore, but still very good looking!!! I REALLY LOVED him sharing his family pic's and memories with us as well. Made it a very intimate showing in my opinion and you could really see how PROUD a husband, father, and grandfather he is. A very good looking group of Avalon's I'd say! I truly believe he STILL and has ALWAYS had a compassionate heart for his fans, and showed us all when he came down into the audience and kissed a gal in a wheelchair on the cheek. How so very Frankie...or at least the image I have had of him for over 50 years...and I'm just barely over 60! He was one of my Mom's favorites. When he sang 2 of HIS songs that I remember my Mom singing when I came home from school some days, it brought tears to my eyes. Not sad one's, but happy memories of her now that she is gone. I also LOVED his tributes to the GREATEST bunch of entertainers this world will EVER see, which Frankie is also a part of, of course! Very touching and respectful. Thanks Frankie! My mother loved you and introduced me to you and for over 50 years you have been one of my favorites to watch and listen to as well. God Bless you and your family FOREVER! Thanks for the memories that I will always cherish! Love you, Doreen :)

    Frankie Avalon

by Lou on 4/30/19South Point Showroom at South Point Hotel Casino and Spa - Las Vegas

I always loved Frankie and still love his music but the show is not that good anymore. The man is really not able to perform that well at 78 and seems to fill in the words of the songs by making them up. There are a lot of fillers instead of singing such as movies and talking. I wouldn’t go back or recommend it.

    Disappointed

by Marlos11 on 4/14/19Morongo Casino Resort and Spa - Cabazon

I actually bought the tickets to see Frankie Avalon to surprise my sister. I was surprised when they added Chubby Checker to the show. Well...thank God they did. Chubby Checker was the opening act and he was FANTASTIC!!! He had the audience singing and dancing and he was just a lot of fun and sounded great. Frankie Avalon didn't really sing as much, showed a lot of old clips on the screen and was just rather boring. It was nice that he had one son playing the drums, another one playing bass and one of the Everly Bros. sons was playing guitar, but he kept showcasing them, which was nice for him, but I would assume that most people went to see him sing. We actually left before he finished his set. *****Five stars for Chubby Checker. Lastly, if you get a chance to see Chubby Checker, definitely go!
