    Can be better

by Carshine on 11/22/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

F1 is always exciting and Vegas is a great place, despite staff were very friendly and polite, I bought a couple of tickets since last March, expecting a great entertainment but the event was very disappointing and expensive. Austin or Miami were by far better than this. Sorry to say that, even worse when we were almost expelled from the stands during the first day of practice around 2:00 am, due to the issue on the street with the Ferrari. Thanks

They can improve for next year.

by Chuckster on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Late start times, they need to be 2 hours earlier. Poor track access could be improved. No lines for food and drinks was great. Alcohol was pricy, $17 for a shot $20 for a mixed drink. All easy fixes for next year if they are willing to be more hospitable to the host city.

Great race, needs improvement on entertainment

by Lisa G on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

The race was the best of the year! But the debacle of FP1 was unacceptable. Also the entertainment offered was unnecessary. No one was into the musical acts.

    Once in a Life Experience

by JGBOJAI on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

I had never attended a Formula One race event. I bought tickets for me, my son in laws and my friend. The tickets were very expensive and I didn't really know what to expect. I found out watching such a race on TV is no comparison to being there. The first night we were a bit lost in Vegas, but the Uber dropped us in the right "zone."and a manageable walk to the gate. The first practice session was cancelled after the Ferrari manhole incident and shortly thereafter, all racing was cancelled for Thursday night. We felt ripped off, since we heard the racers were back on the track after the fans were escorted out and the track was fixed. Friday was better, but getting in and back to our AirBB was a nightmare. Too many people for few taxis and Uber drivers. I suggest a large common parking area, some distance away (fairgrounds) and then bus all ticket holders to and from the raceway. Doing so would drastically reduce traffic near the race zone. By race night we had it figured out, the crowd was huge and the race was exciting. All things considered, I'd say it was a great event, very exciting, very expensive, but Im glad I did it with my family and friend. Three nights to remember for sure.

    Almost perfect

by ViktorLara on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Even though I had a great experience there is things to correct. Prices are too high and in the end there is almost no people for the the opening ceremony, practice and qualifying. It is mainly because of reselling websites taking every single ticket.. need better merchandise. 😝 last, the closing ceremony was empty. You should allow people to join it like at other GPs. Try to understand it is the most important part of the GP… people infront of the paddock thought the podium was going to be at the Bella goo and left the place. I almost forgot, please give me free tickets for the 2024 GP 🤞🍾🔥🏎️

    Overpriced

by Judith on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Seriously it was overpriced . At 11,000 dllrs a four day pass when they were selling them for way cheaper just goes to show that there is greed. The food that’s included was great but too much fish , everyday fish. Also I purchased the 2,500 tickets and that food was stale and cold . Same menu all four days. Not worth all that money. The show the first night was great but too short 30 min really! And the second night it was distasteful of them to kick everyone out when the P2 was at 2:30am, seriously I didn’t pay so much money to be kicked out and only view 9 min of the P1 and have cold food. Also as a token they go and give 200 in F 1 store credit BUT only to the people who purchased one day events . Really you are joking . No wonder there is a lawsuit because they discriminated to groups. The staff on the other hand they were all king , attentive and very professional. But the whole pricing and the way they handled it just doesn’t merit to want to go back .

    Fun F1

by HM on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

I’ve been to several F1 races before, but this was the best. Hospitality was amazing. My 2 main “issues”… potentially long walks to your area (transport only offered to paddock club) and when buying tickets I wish there was more thorough info describing exactly what’s included in each area. Probably Year One problems.

Good event, nice people, but crowed with a lot of walking

by VK on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

It was surprising to find that the West Harmon Zone had no coffee for any of the 3 days. Also, it would have been nice to have a slice of pizza at the eating stations. I like the fact that there were plenty of folks to ask information. Also, I like the kiosk with battery power packs for charging your phone. There needs to be more tables for people to sit down and eat. Also, the TV screens at the grandstands could be a little larger. Exiting the West Harmon Zone after racing activities were completed resulted in a huge traffic jam, on foot, getting out of there. F1 needs to provide a better exiting strategy. It was a good race, which was a plus. I realize this was a new track, but it did not appear that enough testing was performed with the new track. It was unfair for the people who bought 3-day packages not to be compensated for the fiasco of the Thursday practice.

    Too much walking!

by Tony on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Primary issue for me was the distance I had to walk to and from my ticketed venue. More pedestrian bridges are needed for it to be a more enjoyable experience for patrons.

Tremendous effort made to launch first modern Las Vegas F1

by GB on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Race was excellent Venue (Heineken House) was wonderful, a bit of a scramble due to open seating. Venue food really good, service staff were outstanding period. Access to Venue walking about 1 mile not great. Time of events qualifying midnight, race 10 pm made for some strange long days? Tremendous and successful effort made to first modern Las Vegas F1 event. Race was clean, without anything bad happening

    Disappointing experience

by Koen on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

The 10th F1 race I visited and the most expensive but worst experience: - almost none entertainment: nothing on the track outside the race hours and in the seperated fan-zone 2 play-seats and a sad dj for 15.000 spectaters - waiting line for included drinks an half hour. Plenty of easy to grab cans of water from the sponsor… I didn’t pay 1.500 dollar for water! - only a few minutes on training day instead of 2 hours. Hours waiting without info and no compensation after being send away - small screen to follow the race, missed a lot of action

    Horrible Seats At This Price

by Thomas on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

I paid for seats that were discounted (I'm a local). The price of the seat (that's 1) were $1400. The seat was "front row"but apparently the grand stand was moved back away from the circuit. I was unable to see anything. Concert was "ok"but nothing to write home about either. After walking around for a while I was able to get a better view of the race from the grandstand. Getting to the race was incredibly difficult and I didn't even try to get a ride share for the way home and walked.

    9 minutes on track

by London on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

only got to see 9 minutes of the cars on track, not allowed to view FP2 from grandstands, people kicked out with no warning just minutes before the cars were going back on track. at least the sphere area had music... two songs from Kylie... food was ok...

    Good, not great

by Alex on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

The event overall was good, not great. The first day that was cancelled wasn't frustrating because it happened, it was frustrating because there was no communication. In an event that had thousands of staff and more PA speakers than a high school, it was unacceptable how little was told to fans about what was going on. The other two days were very fun and the food was excellent. Compared to beer and alcohol prices around Vegas in general, the race had reasonably priced beers and liquor. I wouldn't recommend going if it is your first time going to Vegas, as the race truly takes away from what makes Vegas great, the Strip. Having been to Vegas many times for work, and thus having some ability to navigate efficiently, it would be a very different story if I was wandering around trying to get my bearings and figure out how to get anywhere. Lastly, the App they had you use needs improvement, however, I believe they'll learn from this year to make those improvements, as they really are more QOL issues than functional issues,

    Completely over priced!!!!😡

by Gearhead F1 Fan on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Great place to have the event, but traffic was unbelievably bad, the tickets were more expensive than Monaco, complete garbage they should be less than half the price! The hotels were $700 a night on the strip and $130 a night on Thursday because no one showed up if they thought it be! And no compensation from the hotel!

    Thursday debacle

by 35-year F1 fan on 11/21/23FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX - Las Vegas

Long story short, the first day of the event was a notorious debacle. FP1 was cancelled because F1 neglected to test the circuit beforehand and the cars ended up sucking manhole covers out of the road. FP2 was rescheduled for 2:30am. But at 1:30am, all of the fans were kicked out of the venue by cops who threatened us all with criminal trespass. You might think that this is simply growing pains to a first-year event. But the venue for FP2 was originally scheduled to be open until 2am anyway. So we were trespassed from the venue prior to the original closing hour! Neither F1 nor TM has offered any compensation for this. Thursday was a complete bust, and we haven't so much as received an apology.
