    Glitched skins

by Lucky Luke 1113 on 4/2/20

So I had many rare skins like the renagade raider, recon expert, galaxy, iconic and the aerial assault trooper and when I logged on to day those skins were not there I think it glitched so if I could get those back the would be great

Next best thing will be E3 2020

by WinterPilot5087 on 8/14/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

I loved the Fan Festival and I really liked the Merch Store, but wish there was Marshmello World Cup 2019 shirts to buy. I am so thankful for all of the Fortnite characters that were willing to sign my shirt each day, including 1 in particular, who NEVER signs ANYTHING for ANYONE. I thought that it was awesome that I got to see the VERY 1st World Cup SOLO Championship. It was delicious drinking several “Slurps” each day and “Pizza Pit” had the best food along with “Noms” French fries. Thank you so much Ticketmaster for making this dream come true for me and I am hoping to be in touch with you for 2020’s World Cup!

    Great experience few hiccups

by Spedery on 8/6/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

The actual tournament was great. The announcers could not be understood though because of the poor acoustics. Other then the audio issues everything else inside the stadium was good. The organization for the free items for the first 400,2500 and 10000 people into the festival was a joke. They were not prepared and didnt have everything ready. We were told everything would be handed out at the gate and that wasnt the case. They had people wait in line another 2 hours just to get cardboard marshmello helmets.

Everything was amazing from the outdoor activities to the gameplay inside. Besides the food being a little pricy, the event was amazing fun.

    Poorly Managed Venue

    by K. S. on 8/1/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

I would have rated this ZERO stars if I could!!!! Tickets were not checked prior to entering the seating levels, which lead to people moving down levels into seats they did not pay for. Kids were not sitting with their adults, leading to obnoxious behavior due to lack of supervision. The acoustics were so poor we could not understand anything being said. On day one, it took 1 hour 40 minutes to set up the Pro-Am event following the Creative tournament. The announcers talked the entire time, but we could not understand what was being said. It was just noise! There was only one entrance used, all others were blocked off. This made the walk to and from the parking area considerably longer. The venue ran out of fountain soda every day mid afternoon. Epic Games put on a great event, but unfortunately they chose a poorly managed venue. We will not return!

    90% awesome

by Peach on 8/1/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

I am the parent of a Fortnite player and had no idea what to expect. I was really blown away by the event. Fan Festival area was awesome and once inside the arena I was amazed at the scale of production. Well done. As a parent though I gotta say...give me more options! I can't eat hot dogs, pizza, and chicken tenders for 3 days. Open up that Lavazza coffee stand that was right in the middle of everything, but closed. Salad!!! Give me a salad option. Help me get my energy up so I can make it through the day and support my Fortniter. Great event and with just a few minor tweaks I think you'll have one amazing experience going on.

    It's was good.

by Pintail125 on 8/1/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

The whole event was amazing. The venue was well staffed. I would've like to see it in a completely enclosed arena though. The stage show wouldve been much more impressive. My biggest problem was there was not a schedule put out until the week of the event. We flew in from SD and had to make travel plans around the same time as the tickets were released for sale. We had no idea that the creative and pro-am was going to be scheduled for Friday so unfortunately we missed those events. The fan experience was good, but with the heat and long lines it lost its luster quickly and we didn't complete any of the challenges. My son also didn't feel like the experience stuff was really that worth it fun for his age.

Fortnite World Cup fun but HOT

by Crissy1079 on 8/1/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

The inside arena is covered with AC which is great. But the fan festival is outside and most lines for games and rides were about an hour wait directly in the hot sun on 90 plus humid degree days, which is normal for NYC in July. Food was very expensive and not very good, not a lot of choices. $10 for a slushy $12 for chicken fingers. Also it’s pretty stupid they shut down the fan festival while players are playing in the arena so just makes lines longer when it is open. I don’t think they should force you to go inside and watch. If I bought tickets that include both I should be able to go where I like. But Fortnite gave away a lot of free collectibles and the staff was all super friendly and helpful. I would go again and now I know the fan festival closes so get there early. Also Marshmello preformed a few songs. So you do really get a lot for you money. Games, rides, shows, and prizes. All and all Fortnite put on a great show. I was impressed. Just very very hot long days.

The event itself was awesome. My only complaint is that the venue staff were nice, BUT they were lost. Never knew anything. The food venue staff were RUDE!

    Experience of a lifetime

by TTvjake0potato22 on 7/31/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

This event is one of the best things I’ve ever been to. The entire setting was amazing. It looked awesome, the theme was brilliant, and was just overall dreamlike. The game play was also very exciting to watch. The stadium and the set up was perfect for viewing the game and the players. Hope to see you next year!

    Epic

by battlebusmom on 7/31/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

Entirely as amazing a production as I might have expected from Epic. Impeccable attention to detail and user satisfaction- from the welcome committee greeting, and attending to everyone beginning a distance from the gates to the freebies lavished throughout. There was an abundance of helpful, friendly staff everywhere, and all were generous, whether with information, free storm shield to keep people from sizzling, character photo opps, spontaneous emotes with a live skin, autographed headshots, an extra thunder axe on the final day... the Fortnite family was treated royally by their hosts. And that's surrounding the event. There were no bad seats for viewing the competition. It was incredibly well designed for a debut event of its kind. Almost half of all players were visible from every seat in the audience, regardless of seating tier, which translates to almost 180 degree view of the competitors live for each ticketholder, and the technology for the entire 360 degree audience to simultaneously view each round from the perspective of the most competitive player at any given moment was unsurpassed. Even the players didn't have as good a view! I am sure that Epic took note of any minor detail that needed tweaking before the next World Cup, but any momentary glitch was definitely exceeded by the clear planning of brilliant designers and engineers and the spirit of Fortnite community. I can't wait until the next World Cup- and I'm just the mom!

    Pleasantly surprised

    by M. P. on 7/31/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

I was expecting to follow my 10 year old around and be a good mom. I was pleasantly surprised that I had a great time as well! The staff was amazing! Helpful, available for questions, everything was covered. We were helped even when we didn't ask for it. The characters in costume deserve a raise for standing out in the 94+ degree heat and making every child feel special by not just posing for a photo, but giving fist bumps, doing the emote dances, etc. The "swag" included in the ticket price was great! Not a lot of extra "stuff" to buy, which is nice. Waiting in line for some of the events was too long, but there was enough other options! I would definitely go again next year.

    AWESOME

by Faraah on 7/31/19Arthur Ashe Stadium - Flushing

I was skeptical about going but I’m so glad I did! I bought the tickets months in advance and I didn’t know if I made a good decision but after attending day 1, I instantly fell in love. This was one of the best events I have ever attended and I couldn’t be more thankful! Not only did I get to meet my favorite fortnite YouTuber, I was able to perform live in action right before me. The only thing I must complain about, was food & drink prices. But they were understandable! I just wish 1 bottle of water wasn’t $5.00! Anyways, amazing experience. 10/10 I had the best time.
