    Flyleaf is Awesome

by RoRo75 on 3/3/13The Stone Pony - Asbury Park

Up until the night of the concert I didn't know too much about Flyleaf. The tickets were bought as gifts for my girls. I would like to say is not only the entire band from Flyleaf is kind and down to earth they are just amazing on their performance.

by SlamminSammy on 2/23/13Masquerade - Atlanta

The openning act was a very pleasant surprise! They were amazing! Drowning Pool rocked! They were very energetic. And Flyleaf was fantastic! Their new front girl, Kristen May, did a great job for their first show in the tour lineup. Overall a really great show!

flyleaf not the same without Lacey

    by Fallen890 on 2/21/13Masquerade - Atlanta

Drowning pool was amazing even though the crowed was a little off because mixing a rock band with a christian band is a little off. Any way flyleaf came on and i wasn't aware that Lacey wasn't going to be there so this new chick shows up. Granted she could sing but another person singing the leads songs is just karaoke and that's not what i paid for had drowning pool not been awesome I would have been seriously pissed.

    All bands rocked the stage.

by chellemakepeace on 2/21/13Masquerade - Atlanta

I have seen flyleaf before, however, they started up their 2013 tour with Atlanta kicking it off with a new singer. I honestly was so sad to have Lacey gone, but hopeful that Kristen May would rise to the occasion, and blend well with the band. Kristen has a great voice, and Sameer and Pat both did great picking up the growl/gravel ends of some chorus'. It feels like a great beginning for them, and I was blessed to be there to send them off. Drowning pool was also great, I believe they also have a new singer, and he was great. They of course closed with "bodies" and everyone went into pit mode. The Masquerade floors move since it is an old mill house, and so we were bouncing right along just being in the room with everyone. The opening band, stars in stereo were very entertaining, and I have never heard of them previously. I would watch them again, but I am not sure If I would seek out a show of theirs. They seemed very much performers rather than musicians and singers. Which is lots of fun to watch LIVE. Great energy, great venue, great company, great shows.

    stars in sterio was great

by minnboy on 2/21/13Masquerade - Atlanta

Stars in Sterio has a future, their CD is Awsome. Drowning Pool rocked the House and FLyleaf was better than last time I saw them. Flyleafs new singer has the voice and Nailed at least 6 songs perfectly. She's gonna train up fine. Great Concert.
