AWESOME Show. Would totally watch it again. Great music, and the performance was crazy. The guy who spun on his head was incredible.

    Flying Bach was INCREDIBLE

by hiphopdancefan on 6/23/14Civic Opera House - Chicago

The combination of classical music and breakdancing was off.the.hook. Spellbinding from start to finish, the entire audience roared at times and held their breath at others, completely captivated. I can't imagine the Civic Opera House has ever had such an enthralled crowd... I immediately ran home to see if I could buy tickets for my friends to see them in NYC, and was shocked to see that Chicago is their only U.S. stop on their world tour. Come back and perform elsewhere -- you are amazing!!!!!!!!

    It Was Decent

by Andres628 on 6/23/14Civic Opera House - Chicago

The dancing was superb and well thought out . The colloboration of Bach masterpieces and breakdance blew many folks minds out. Coming from a breakdance childhood I danced to pretty much everything that had beat: so the mesh wasnt really mind boggling. I would have enjoyed to see the crew incorporate more females in the line up. They represent a different style of dance and passion. The use of story line through me off...No special effects, and hardly any incorporation of technology yelling to take Bach and breakdance to a whole new level. It wasnt cirque de solie but...think passion think modern think targeting every demographic to instill love back into the music and dance specifically for those who have never experienced breakdance at this level.

Unbelievable dancing. A few of the modern-Bach tracks were a little weird but overall the music was great.

The show was much better than I expected

by NinaM18 on 6/23/14Civic Opera House - Chicago

It was a good surprise! The performance, the dancers, the music, the scenario, all work together to be a unforttable night! I'd like to see the performance again in Brazil! We had a bad notice that Brazil is not included in the group route.

by SteveA on 6/23/14Civic Opera House - Chicago

The performance was electric!!! The combined Bach with some of the most amazing dancers I have ever seen, created an amazing performance I didn't want to see end! The beautiful music, the creative special lighting effects along with the outstanding talent created an unforgetable event! I would see it again and again! There is no denying that these dancers are professionals as they were flawless in every way!

    Rape and domestic violence themes?!

by ARD82 on 6/23/14Civic Opera House - Chicago

I was expecting a fun performance, but what I got was a show that seemed to glorify domestic violence while hinting at rape. At one point in the show, one of the male dancers actually "hits" the single female dancer. He is later forgiven by the rest of the male dance crew, which of course is all that matters (who cares about the female's feelings?!). Besides these truly disturbing themes, there's a long section in the middle of the show where the audience is forced to watch slow motion video of dancers twisting around with a bunch of water droplets. Confused? Me too. And this video went on FOREVER. I would not recommend this show.
