Floater Tickets

Floater is always phenomenal. I have been going to Floater shows since 1994, and they are easily one of my favorite bands.

When we first saw Floater, it was 1995 at the old La Luna opening for the greatest Portland band, Sweaty Nipples. I have lost track of how many times we have seen them, but they never disappoint. The one song I was hoping they would play, the newer Weightless, gave me chills with the crowed singing along. Floater's newer songs fit perfect along with classics like Cinema and Danny Boy. It is rare and very cool how loved this band is by their fans, and they continue to be a reliably great show every time. This show rates 2nd to when the band provided the soundtrack to a little boat trip on the Portland Spirit a few years back that included a jaw dropping cover of Elton John's Rocket Man. Good job guys and thank you for yet another memorable show. Please keep up the great music and see you next show.

Floater always puts on a great show. With a small venue like the Show box Sodo lounge you have great interaction with the group. Rob, Pete & Dave put a full effort into all of their performances. This world is a better place because of their talent and we are all so lucky that they share this with us. We try to make it to every Seattle show and will continue to as long as Floater is playing.
