The place wasn’t packed but the fans that were there were noisy and into the game. The arena wasn’t fancy but the sound carried well. A good place to watch the game.
Amazing fast and furious OHL hockey at an extremely reasonable ticket price! Would recommend to any hockey fan!

Do not sit next to the Players Bench, goaltender hangs in the way blocks your view the whole game
We had great seats. The Firebirds play in what is a very nice arena for an OHL team (not a bad seat in the house), and though the goaltending was a bit weak, other than that Flint has a competitive team. Tickets are not expensive at all, and the concessions are very reasonably priced. Overall, it’s a great place to watch a hockey game!
Facilities and ticketing process is much improved. We left years ago because of poor facility conditions. Thankfully the arena is in restored condition. The young Firebirds provide an entertaining evening. Wins will come...its early.
Maybe I'm too old, but the announcer and the music were blasting. Went to the concourse (quieter)and walked around then left.

Have never in my life seen a team at such a loss with eachother.....definitely was like they had never played together before. I have never been so disappointed in a game in my life and believe me...i have been to over 500 games between saginaw, kalamazoo, muskegon, red wings. When the team was flint generals and flint spirits i went to every home and away game there was. This after so many years was a slap in the face...how do you get blown away 7 to 1, or 8 to 1 whatever the case may be because i was so disgusted i left with over 10 minutes left of the game. Really wish i wouldnt have wasted my money on 26 dollar seats.....wont happen again i know that.
We paid for parking and there was no parking, took us 20 minutes to find a spot and missed most of the 1st period. They were very unorganized!
Very kid friendly venue at a fair price. lots of kid friendly activities and interaction games to play between game times
I took my 5 year old grandson to his first hockey game, Instead of paying $175 per ticket taking him to see the Detroit Red Wings. I paid $16 a ticket in the first row on the glass to see the Flint Firebirds. We had a great time! The venue is very fan friendly and kid friendly also. We will go again.
If you are looking for something to do, I recommend catching a hockey game. It is a very intimate setting. There is no bad seat in the arena. I had 12 tickets and it was awesome. The prices at the concessions were reasonably priced.
however 2 minor complaints...the scoreboard looks great, the actual game information is very small , i.e. hard to see ...and second ,please upgrade the hot dogs..#whatisthis
The hockey was amazing. Great atmosphere. The concessions however were not very good and very overpriced. On slice of hot n ready pizza is 4.00
We had a great time. Didnt have to leave my house to get the tickets.
Clean arena, parking was reasonable, concessions had fair pricing. We will definitely be buying tickets and coming back!
Everything was great. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that I didn't know the seats were behind the net. It was a little hard to see.
There's more contact in the average 35 and over beer league then what presented in Friday's game...to many games, to much saving themselves for a long season. $12 entertainment we got our money's worth.
The game was fun, and the ticket and concession prices decent (except $10 for parking, give me a break). Haven't been to a game in about 5 or 6 years, since they were the Generals and it was called Perani, and it was nice to see the renovations: cleaner facilities and better lighting and seating. Sorry the Firebirds lost 5-2 (largely due to two bad ref scoring calls) but we will go again.
