The Conchords were at the top of their game!!

by caliaga on 7/12/09The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las Vegas

This was my third time seeing Bret and Jemaine live and it's clear that they've truly come into their own as entertainers.

    FOTC was Great

by Lovelycyco on 7/12/09Rimac Arena - UCSD - LA Jolla

I actually don't like FOTC but I thoroughly enjoyed the concert. This was a present for my husband and since I could not find anyone else to go with him I had to go. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in the venue knew all of the songs it was amazing. The whole concert was funny. The best part was their encore that I even applauded for.

    I am after laughter!

by Adrien on 7/12/09Greek Theatre - Los Angeles

As my cousin and I arrived at the Greek Theater we realized our seats were at the top corner and were worried that we wouldn't be able to see or hear the music. We were wrong! When the Flight of the Concords stepped on stage, every seat was a great seat! I had only heard some of the songs before but am now a bigger fan then ever! The Flight of the Concords not only sing catchy fun songs , but their sense of humor and interactions between each other will make your cheeks hurt with laughter and smiles. Their songs are clever , witty and fun! I recommend anyone would enjoy this show!

    Show was superb!

by tika on 7/12/09Greek Theatre - Los Angeles

The Flight of The Conchords show at the Greek was fantastic. These guys are musically amazing and funnier off the cuff then most rehearsed comedy routines. The come backs they gave based on audience participation were hilarious and their voices and guitar playing are pure entertainment. These guys are comfortable on stage and it shows! Love them, love their music, love their humor!

by haileyf on 7/12/09The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas - Las Vegas

We got there, not quite knowing what to expect from never having seen them live, but the venue made it an unforgettable event! They were so funny! Arj Barker was amazing, and Bret and Jemaine were just absolutely fantastic. We had such a great experience that we can't wait to attend another event at the Joint.

    I adore Bret and Jemaine

by Chellianne on 7/12/09Greek Theatre - Los Angeles

It's difficult to decide where to begin because everything was fantastic. The venue is incredible; there are no bad seats at the Greek Theater. The Conchords were fabulous. they started off with a high energy number and got the crowd going. My friends and I never stopped laughing. The band has a great repoire with the audience. The talking bits between the songs were delightful and witty. The warm up comedians were also snarky and hilarious. I would recommend this show to anyone but it does help to watch the show or at least the music videos on Youtube.

    Exceptional performance

by Minnow on 7/12/09Berkeley Community Theatre - Berkeley

Their banter would not be enough if their music wasn't top notch. Thankfully, they are genuinely good musicians. And they are absolutely hilarious. If you have a chance, see them. No matter the cost, it's well worth the price.

    Great Show

by Hobosapien on 7/12/09Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

When I heard that Iron & Wine were opening for them, I was at first skeptical because I didn't think it would match with Flight of the Conchords Comedic Folk. However he was a great opener, and played some great songs. When Arj Barker (Dave from the Show) did stand up, it was freaking hilarious. The Conchords were naturally amazing as well. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is the fan of the show or just wants to hear two guys with a bunch of instruments.

Flight of the Conchords-Our Favorite Show Ever

by Runrama on 7/11/09Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall - Portland

Everything was a surprise about our night out to see the Conchords at the Schnitzer. I was able to buy tickets several months before the show through an email alert and didn't see any advertising in the Oregonian. I was beginning to think we were going to be the only two people at the show - life imitating art. Were we surprised to find out the show was sold out and when we arrived there were excited people everywhere spilling out into the street. Everyone was so pumped about about getting to see these guys there was such a great vibe in the air. The crowd went wild when the guys came out and I was so happy to be there. They were just as funny if not funnier in person as on the show even though they did not have the help of costume changes and video tricks. It was just two hysterically funny guys rapping together and singing yet they made you feel a part of it all and boy it was something special!

    FOTC were on FY-AHHH!

by ajmon on 7/11/09Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

Great show! The guys were on top of their game and had a great energy. I hate to say it, but I think they are much funnier live in person than on HBO (not that the show isn't hy-friggin-sterical). That being said, if you are a fan of the show, you would be a fool to miss the live performance!

Flight of the Conchords were Hilarious!

by vonbaronmattso on 7/11/09Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

Having the opportunity to see a show at Red Rocks Amphitheater is a unforgettable experience. Especially when you are there to see FOTC! These two guys had us all in stitches from beginning to end. I hope they continue to make novelty music. We all need a good laugh now and again, and these guys sure know how to make it happen. Let us not forget Iron & Wine. Sam can play some of the most beautiful music. I just wish more of the crowd were quieter and listened in.

    Best live show

by CheerUpMurray on 7/11/09Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall - Portland

The Flight of the Conchords were amazing live. This was the second time I've seen them (Sub Pop Festival in Seattle). Their mix of improv and great music is unmatched. They even did a pretty good version of Free Bird after some idiot in the crowd yelled out "Play Free Bird!" Definitely one of the best concerts I've ever been to.

Flight of the Conchords is amazing!!

by taralkariel on 7/11/09Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

From beginning to end, Flight of the Conchords entertained with their quirky brand of humor, telling funny stories and singing zany songs. They did many songs from the current season and several old favorites, with new additions that delighted. A few other songs were also introduced and very enjoyable. It was certainly a thrilling show, great for old fans and fun for new ones.

Flight of the Conchords - AWESOME

by Lov34music on 7/11/09Red Rocks Amphitheatre - Morrison

I don't think I have ever laughed more and enjoyed myself so much at Red Rocks. The soothing acoustic sound that is Iron and Wine pulled everyone in for the night. Arj Barker was incredibly funny, and Flight of the Conchords were nothing less if not more than I expected them to be. They perfected their live sound/dance/act. It was an incredible night, one to remember and one to repeat!
