Fed Ex St Jude classic is for real golf fans! The ropes were right and the players were right where you could see all the action. The course was in wonderful shape and it was really exciting watching the best in the world enjoy what Memphis has to offer. Some greats didn’t enjoy, Rory what happened.
Would have preferred a map on paper to get a better understanding on how to maneuver around the course. Also, being a golfer I'm interested in distances to holes. Minimally adding the hole distances on the map would have been very nice. At Quail Hollow they provide a yardage book which includes each holes distances, but I'm sure this would be very expensive. (however, I'd pay for it. Food was very good, drinks very cold and I thought placement of the scoreboards was very good as well as sitting for the general public (I carried my chair, not knowing on Thursday & Friday). Great experience and I shall return.
Trip, parking, and venue entry was all convenient and seamless!
I had a great experience beginning with parking in the X lot with a quick shuttle and drop-off at the main entrance. The digital tickets made checking in very simple and smooth sailing.
Good shuttle service. Clean Restroom. Limited sandwiches for grounds ticket holders.
I purchased the two $500 Clubhouse passes for my son and I. We were so excited to get access to behind-the-scenes areas and sitting in comfort around the 18th green. To our surprise, it basically provided a mediocre lunch with drinks in the clubhouse and access to a 24 chair box on 9th green, which was FULL every time we visited. Totally disappointing. For $500 per person, drinks and food should be "no charge" anywhere on the course. Fool me once, but never again. It may have been worth $100 per ticket. Corporate sponsors get all the perks here.
The FedEx St. Jude Championship rules! Well run, an awesome golf course, a great city, and all for a wonderful cause! And the sudden death playoff was frosting on the cake! Truly a great event!
This was my 3rd year to attend. Walking and watching the players was so much fun. The venue was great. Plenty of public seating and refreshment areas. I will definitely be back.
On Wednesday the event was not ready for fans. Gates opened at 7:00 but concessions were not ready until 10:00. Walking the course watching golf on a warm day can make a person thirsty. Nothing available to drink. Volunteers were very knowledgeable and nice. Tee times were not posted on app until McElroy and Scottie were thru playing. I came in 2021 and same problems existed

What a wonderful event full of excitement, beautiful venue and lots of great golf to watch! Parking was easy since we purchased parking tickets in advance and shuttle service takes you right up to the entry gate. Shuttle service ran continuously throughout the day to make it easy to leave. We will attend again!
Good customer service by volunteers and staff at tournament; really enjoy the Hub and the Pronto Pups!
The information regarding the schedule for the week is sorely lacking. Couldn’t find anything about what was happened on Wednesday other than a ticket price. Didn’t say anything about a pro am or anything about who was playing. No published schedule. Otherwise a great tournament. PLEASE FIX THE LACK OF INFORMATION REGARDING THE WEEK’s SCHEDULE It’s very frustrating trying to find out what is going on…..
Loved the environment as always. The water refill stations were out of order on the front 9 The water refill stations were also out of order at the practice green.
We had the best time! We got to meet most of the players and get autographs!
I am 89 years old and my daughter has been taking me to this golf tournament for 5 years. As a handicapped senior I have appreciated the care , the seating on the 18th green, and the large tent with a big screen tv, ceiling fans, and easily accessible food and drink which was very convenient for the physically impaired-- until this year. It all went away! The carts and drivers were great--as always--but this year they were not aware of any areas available for the handicapped. We also were not aware of the changes made from last year to this year. I am aware that the object for the PGA is to make money and their feeling is that there will be more younger people attending. I hope and pray things in the future will be catered a little more to the seniors and physically impaired. We still love golf!

I enjoyed my visit over a stretch of three days. All went well, but can't get past why the refreshment were moved all over the place. Last year, was much better when you could eat under one BIG tent and watch the guys hit balls with even a air conditioned bench. One thing that's got to go is these workers ripping up and down the down the road in their golf carts yelling HEY, COMING through, move out of the way ? Hey I'm coming through too, i do not appreciate it, there are others who did not either. Had one idiot say,"hey purple bandanna - move coming through".
The ticketing change this year caused a lot of problem in trying to give tickets to clients. you had to transfer them electronically and then the recipient had to accept them. They had to open an account in order to do this. This took away the personal touch of handing a customer tickets to a special event and in fact caused the customer to take steps they may not have wanted to do. I will think twice before spending $1800.00 next year on electronic tickets.
Thought it was a great tournament. Food was hard to get to and choices were limited. Getting to lot x at the end of the day was very challenging for a hot spectator as waiting lines were long and the process was very unorganized. Please widen the entrance as buses could not get in and out at the same time due to the narrow entrance which made the bus ride even longer. Had a great time.
