Evanescence Concert Schedule and Tour

Rock group Evanescence, initially formed in 1994 by Amy Lee and Ben Moody, released three EPs before the end of the 90s and an album called Origin. By 2002 they were signed to Wind-Up Records and expanded the line-up to include musicians John LeCompt, Will Boyd and Rocky Gray. In 2003 they released their first official album, Fallen, which sold over 15 million copies. Evanescence released a live album, Anywhere But Home, in 2004. This was followed by Open Door in 2006, which sold one million copies in its first week. The band then waited five years to release their third album, the self-titled Evanescence. The band has toured extensively across the world. Their 2012 world tour took in a number of dates in the UK, South America , North America, Australia, China, Japan and Indonesia. The band has received five Grammy nominations and has won two awards for Best New Artist and Best Hard Rock Performance. Other accolades for the band include a Los Premios MTV award, a MTV Australia Video Music Award, a NRJ Music Award, two Teen Choice Awards and a World Music Award. Amy Lee was awarded the National Music Publishers' Association's Songwriter Icon Award in 2008. The bands line-up has varied with a number of members leaving at various stages in their history. One of the founding members, Ben Moody, left in the middle of their European tour in 2003. He was replaced by Terry Balsamo. In 2005, Will Boyd also left, with Tim McCord joining in 2006. During their 2007 tour, John LeCompt was fired and Rocky Gray decided to quit. These two members were replaced by Troy Lawham and Will Hunt. Evanescence's lead singer Amy Lee has worked on a number of other projects. Her version of “Sally's Song" was included on the soundtrack for Disney's The Nightmare Before Christmas. Her collaborations with other artists have included “Freak on a Leash" single and Seether's Broken, which was featured on the soundtrack for The Punisher. She has also performed on tracks for David Hodges, Big Dismal and The Damning Well.

Amy and crew sounded awesome, she's not lost anything off her "fastball". Would love to see her again!

  • Evanescence

by Dave on 9/24/25Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing show!!! Looking forward to them coming back. Music and acoustics were great. Sleep Theory was also very good. Would see them again too!!! Didn't care for Poppy. I think the venue could have found a better group for the show instead of Poppy. All in all it was a great night.

  • Where's the video wall?

by Shell on 9/23/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 3 out of 5

The artists were great. But there was not video projection of the performers. So it sounded good. But we could not see the artists anywhere. Section 107

  • Evanescense still has it!

by Tony MN on 9/23/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

Great show!, Amy's voice sounds just as good as it did 20 years ago. Acoustics at the arena were great.

  • Nicely done Evanescence!

by V Man on 9/22/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 4 out of 5

I missed the first 2 bands and unfortunately I had to listen to Poppy before Evanescence. If you like listening to screaming lyrics and a band that’s used for interrogation purposes when trying to get someone to break, then you’d like them. Otherwise, if they were the only band, I would have asked for my money back. Anyway, I loved Evanescence! They played all the classics and several new ones. Amy Lee’s voice was impressive and the sound quality was very good. It would have been better if they had an en core. I’d see them again.

  • Great evening at the Forum!

    by Jim S on 9/22/25Fiserv Forum - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

The whole lineup for HOG HAVOC was great, but Poppy and evanescence delivered outstanding sets! The sound was awesome and I really like the way the main floor was configured. Great time!

  • Evanescence Exceeded my Expectations!

by Smash on 9/22/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

Dorothy was Amazing, Poppy was good, and Evanescence was Incredible, I’ve been to over 200 concerts and this is definitely in the top 5! You are so talented and such a beautiful voice Amy Lee! I’ve waited for 21 years to see her live! Since I was in 7th grade!

  • Best concert ever!

by Jess on 9/22/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 5 out of 5

My daughter and I enjoyed all of the bands at the 93x evanescence show! My favorite was Dorothy - what a fantastic performer!! Checking in was fast and easy and the staff at the facility were kind and friendly. Especially the maintenance staff. One suggestion would be to have a separate seating section for those attendees who are in recovery from alcoholism or other addictions.

  • Could have been louder has been louder in the past

by GFry on 9/22/25Grand Casino Arena - Saint PaulRating: 4 out of 5

Everything was great. Normal expected experience with only one thing. The last concert i attended had twice as many speakers. I could hear the music clearly but it has definitely been louder in the past.
