About

Las Vegas post-hardcore marauders Escape the Fate have been stomping and screaming their impassioned brand of melodic brutalism since 2005. Through it all, the unwavering self-belief of the band -- especially frontman Craig Mabbit -- has earned them a tight connection with their fans. "Ungrateful," released in 2013, debuted confidently at No. 2 on the Billboard Hard Rock charts. Escape the Fate has brought their high-energy concert experience to a long list of rock festival ticket buyers across the Western hemisphere. Their juggernaut live performances pour energy into the crowd with wall-of-death mosh pits, and Craig Mabbit’s "stay true to yourself" therapy sessions. Switching between exhortations to go mad in the pits and denying any limitations on personal growth, Escape the Fate are an undeniable tour draw whether head-lining or supporting.

Escape the Fate formed in Pahrump, Nevada. A demo and a radio contest judged by My Chemical Romance led to a support slot with Alkaline Trio and a record deal with Epitaph. Their debut album "Dying is Your Latest Fashion" made its way into the top 20 of Billboard’s Heatseaker and Top Independent Albums charts. With the departure of lead singer Ronnie Radk, Craig Mabbit would preside over the many comings and goings of bassist Max Green and the struggles to find a record company that would appreciate their vision. Their 2010 self-titled album caught the band at their most stable and diverse, and 2014 will bring a tour with Ronnie Radke’s band, Falling in Reverse. "Ungrateful," tighter and less diverse than their self-titled major label debut, features a collaboration with Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy and a video that tackles the issue of bullying and violence. As hatchets are buried and things settling down, the future looks bright for Escape the Fate.

Felt like I was back in middle school :)

by Londino` on 10/2/23Riverside Municipal Auditorium - Riverside

Great concert, Mabbit's singing was on point! The guitarist was badass, the leads were great and the solo in the middle of the show was crazy. So happy they played Ashley and One for the money, overall awesome show and they had some good merch too.

    Great Show

by Matt on 9/16/23Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia - Philadelphia

The show Saturday night did not got so well at the middle of the show because of other attendants. I had a much much better time at this show which was the following night. Great service awesome bands. Everyone was fun to be around. Would recommend this venue again.

    Meh

by MA on 9/14/23Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia - Philadelphia

Openers were surprisingly solid, venue was very solid albeit overpriced. Escape the Fate themselves were mostly vanilla and uninteresting. New lineup playing exclusively newer songs loses the appeal of seeing this band live.

    Sounds the same as studio

by MO on 9/13/23Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia - Philadelphia

They are amazing live! And Craig Mabbit is such a nice person he isn't rude. I really love ETF. Cant wait to see them again! The venue is always nice the Brooklyn Bowl. But they constantly make the instruments louder then the person singing and I hope they fix that for next time.

The line up was incredible. Escape the fate knows how to draw the audience, So did stitched up heart. I wish there was more advertising for the bands who perform before the headliner.

    A Spectacular Night!

    by McKade on 9/3/23

It was my first time seeing Escape the Fate and it was AMAZING! It felt like a real rock show, crowed surfing and everything! I've listened to their music for years now and it was just as good live as it was in my headphones, I couldn't have asked for a better night! Truly Spectacular. It was great to meet some of the band, hope you guys have a great rest of your tour and we can't wait to see you back in SLC again!

Great show but audio needs some work

    by Kiki531 on 9/3/23

Love how intimate this venue is and the performances were all amazing. My only complaint is that the audio seemed out of balance. For every set, the band was SO LOUD, and the vocals were being drowned out. If I didn’t know the songs, I’d never be able to tell what they were saying. This is a problem I’ve noticed in multiple venues lately. We want to hear the singer!! Please figure this out.

    Escape The Fate Never Disappoints!!!!

by MaryAnnBVB on 12/16/18Firestone Live - Orlando

Escape The Fate never disappoints, they just gave it their all and gave us a show that literally melted us inside the venue. It was packed to the brim with fans and they made everyone scream louder than I have ever heard before. Craig Mabbitt, really knows how to get a crowd going. They sang all their hits, Max and Monte worked the stage equally. It was a great show. As for the opening acts, Alesana sucked beyond beliefe. Motionless In White, was indescribable. Get Scared rocked it like no one else, Nicholas was sick that night and even then they just about stole the show. Drive A, everytime I have seen them, they have just gotten better and better. This is an all around great show to see, all the bands are worth it to some extent.

    Monday

by JodiJnntt on 9/27/18Port City Music Hall - Portland

Originally, I wasn't thrilled that the concert was on a Monday night, but it ends up being a fantastic show! All the bands had tons of energy, and Escape the Fate put on a great show and ended up playing a couple of acoustic songs in the middle of their set, which were beautiful. I was most excited to see Slaves, and they absolutely killed it. Nice long sets by the headliners, and worth every penny.
