Fantastic concert! We will probably go a second time later in the tour. My only complaint is with the venue. It wasn’t very clean and I got chewed gum all over my dress.
The Emo Orchestra was a great time, especially with Hawthorne Heights at the front. It was an amazing night of revisiting the songs that a lot of us grew up with and still love today. The atmosphere at the Taft Theater was electric and I think we all left hoping we could catch the show again soon.
Days later and I’m still talking about how amazing this was. It was fun, chill, and singing along to the songs of my youth was unforgettable. If they are coming to your city- go , you will not be disappointed.
However cool you think it’s going to be, double it. We caught the debut in Cincinnati, and while I was excited for it, I was flatly unprepared for how absolutely sick it was going to actually be. The orchestral backing is great and really shines through on certain songs. Major kudos to Hawthorne Heights for putting this together for all of us to enjoy!
