  • You get to BE THE ROCKSTAR

by JavaLava on 10/14/25The Southern Café & Music Hall - CharlottesvilleRating: 5 out of 5

So much fun. Seriously unique in that you get to sing with a live band so it looks like you're the rockstar on stage. 10/10 would recommend people to go.

  • Not bad

by Louis on 10/14/25The Southern Café & Music Hall - CharlottesvilleRating: 3 out of 5

I was expecting people filming a few seconds of your show but none of them were there , also I couldn’t sing my song too many requested

  • Really loud

by jonah on 10/7/25The Masquerade - Hell - AtlantaRating: 2 out of 5

I get that you expect the music to be loud at concerts, but this one was so overwhelmingly ear-piercing that I walked out within minutes of entering. They need a new engineer or something as the karaoke vocalists were very loud. Maybe this is someone else's forte, but I personally couldn't find the will to persist through the sonic attack.

  • Waste of Money

by J.T. on 3/25/25House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 2 out of 5

There is no point to paying for Fast Lane access when the Karaoke singers are chosen at random/by lottery rather than first come first served like we were originally told. This is not an event I will return to and pay extra for, I feel I was scammed.

  • Fun time but express pass doesn't guarantee you'll perform

by Brett on 3/24/25House of Blues Orlando - OrlandoRating: 4 out of 5

The event itself was an absolute blast. Band absolutely rocked it and were great about letting the singers take the majority of the stage while giving full musical support, even with backing vocals. The crowd was incredibly supportive and there was enough people that it felt like a regular concert but enough room that everyone could dance and move around with relative ease. My biggest gripe is I paid extra to get the express pass, which I assumed would guarantee I'd get to perform. I requested Ohio is for Lovers and I was never called on. My friend next to me was the 4th song. We both signed up the same time and were one of the first people let into the event. Definitely soured my mood at the end of the night when they announced it was last song and I hadn't performed yet. So yeah, I will definitely continue going to these events in the future but i absolutely would not recommend paying extra for the express pass in the future unless they provide some guarantee. I'm sure they mostly played the songs of everyone that got in first with the Express pass but I didn't.

  • A bit of a mixed bag

by RJ on 2/25/25The Wellmont Theater - MontclairRating: 3 out of 5

Having two opening acts pushed the actual timing of the karaoke much later than expected, which meant I had to leave early and possibly missed my change to participate. There were also so many people signing up to sing that the odds of singing are much lower than how the event is marketed (showing up early only makes it more likely you claim a preferred song but not more likely that you are selected). The band itself was incredibly talented and those that did get to sing clearly had an incredible experience.

  • Was that a dream?!

by Emily on 2/4/25The Underground - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

I don’t think it could have been any better. Literally felt like I got to live my emo dream! How could you NOT like jamming with an AMAZING band to all the best emo songs?! So much respect for the musicians for playing NON-STOP for 3 hours straight! Wow! I want to travel just so I can go to another one!

  • Fun Night!

by EmoKat on 2/4/25The Underground - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

Good vibes, easy entry and exit. Drink prices weren't as bad as I expected and bathrooms were clean. Overall a fun night!

  • Enjoyable Enough

by TealBumblebee on 2/3/25The Senate - ColumbiaRating: 3 out of 5

The concept was great and the live band did an excellent job. The lights and vibes were good. The music choices were fair with hints of great and popish hints in between songs that your none Emo vibe friends will enjoy lol. I only rated it a 3/5 because it got a little boring. Outside of sipping your drink there was nothing else to do but stand there lol. I don’t know what I was expecting. Maybe more of a bar karaoke energy but that was personal preference. Still happy I went and enjoyable. If you sang you no doubt felt like a rock star.

  • Great band, horrible sound guy

by Juanita on 11/19/24The Rock - TucsonRating: 5 out of 5

I had so much fun and enjoyed this experience. The band was absolutely amazing and kind. The sound guy in Tucson was just horrible though. The band was louder than the person singing and you had to literally scream into the mic to be able to hear anything. It would’ve been a 10/10 if the sound guy knew what he was doing.
