Enjoyed the show! Seemed to run a little longer than expected!
Not bad. A lot of new acts since Barnum and Baily sold out
This is not the circus that I remember going to as a child. But non the less it is just as amazing as ever. Worth it to go.
It's one of those memories that gets remembers for a lifetime.
Yep, I went back for round two. There is no where else I can spend three hours with my son and have that much fun. So I agreed to go back for another show. He said the "It was more than twice as good as yesterday, Im so excited I'm going to explode!" It's the same show, but that's how an 11 year old thinks apparently. He rode a camel during intermission and talked to EVERY clown in the show (they are wonderful people). He even talked to the Ring Master. Keep in mind that everyone that works in the circus want to make kids smile.
Clowns greeeted us immediately at the entrance to sign autographs. It just never stops entertaining! My son was at the edge of his seat the entire 3 hours. I myself was scared to watch the acrobats and "Bow and arrow" routines. This show is the real deal! So many dancers(Vegas beautiful) and clowns and animals that It's just impossible to describe. And three rings of performers all happening at the same time! Believe it or not but intermission was GREAT with all the clown signing autographs and chatting. Great people! They have animal rides also for kids that want to do that as well. Only down side for me is that I'm spoiling him by taking him AGAIN tonight. But there is just so much to see that I'm okay with it. And tigers, elephants, dogs, hourses, motorcycles(wow). REAL DEAL for all ages.
What a great show! The kids enjoyed it very much. We prepaid for front row seats which were great!
BEST CIRCUS I HAVE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME..MY GREAT NIECES LOVED IT..
We took my Godchild to the circus. It was fun, we all had a good time. The only problems I experienced was that while we were down on the floor for intermission, we rode the elephants, got a picture taken with a baby alligator (photographer was clearly unhappy with his job - was talking to another circus employee - told us to "Go over there and wait", while he continued to talk to his friend. We bought a ticket to get a picture taken with a snake. Before we could get to the other side of the center ring, where the girl with the snake was stationed, she had packed up and left to get ready for the second half. Then the announcer asked everyone to start going back to their seats for the second half of the show. At that point, they announced that the attractions would not be available for pictures, rides, etc. after the show. So we were left with tickets that we could not use. I heard many other parents in the area saying the same thing about not knowing ahead of time that tickets they bought for attractions would not be redeemable after the show. My Godchild was disappointed, I ended up telling her not to be sad, because we would consider the $10 tickets a donation to the circus to take care of the animals. (Although it is clearly something that makes a lot of profit for the circus without delivering on the goods). Oh, and turn down the speakers when the two red-headed clowns are on the floor! It was piercing to hear them screaming at each other way too loud to enjoy. Saw many in audience holding their ears.
Was a good show. After Intermission, show went a little flat/downhill. Overall still fun to watch. Had a 9 year old & 2 year old that sat through the whole thing both very interested. Changed a bit compared to past years.
This was an absolute fun family event! I would definitely come again next year! Thank you for a funtastic time!
Truly entertainment. Fun for all. We will.go.again
My children and niece had a fantastic experience Saturday night. The new ringmaster was outstanding. Every act was entertaining. Our favorites were the clown and dog dressed as an elephant, the Arabian horse, and the jugglers. Every act was exciting. Thank you to all the performers for giving us a night to remember.
It was a ton of fun and joy! Thank you Shrinners! Keep up the great work!
Our 3 1/2 and 15 month old granddaughters were mesmerized. We had as much fun watching them as we did the show. We didn't realize when we ordered our tickets that they were general admission that night. So we didn't get seats as good as what we anticipated.
We went on the first night- great show. The only problem was it was general admission and some people had seat numbers on there tickets and yelled at the rest of us, who got there one hour early and sat where we were told - anywhere. There was almost a fight in front of us when the people showed up 5 minutes before the show. Not good - all tickets the first night should say general admission .
it was high priced with rides and food as well as the, Souvenirs people my son was sitting there and the lady came up asked my son if he wanted a sword he said no thank you she handed it to him anyways my son was looking at it and she then processed to ask my husband so you buying it, my husband said no she began asking my son if he wanted it he said no thank you. she then decided to tell my 5 year old son then give it back to me. I was very upset hearing this from our 5 year old son as well as my husband as I was not there. very high priced and pushing rude people handling these souvenirs out. to say the least my son was bored and left within 30-40 minutes of the show. this was his second time going and we not spend the kind of money to just enter. just our option
Family friendly atmosphere. Great acts, great show. Definitely worth the time to go see The Greatest Show on Earth!
I left early from this showing is was very boring and the one of the announcer was talking about political issues the kids want to have fun and see a show and forget about world events .... There was too much time that passed between acts so people were getting restless I will never go to shrine what I LOVED Barnum and Bailey they were awesome
My 2 son's and I attended the Saturday 11 AM Circus in Flint. We had a great time. The boys didn't get bored one time and totally enjoyed the tight walkers. For the price, it was a great time!
