EPCON2022 was a great event. Ot was well organized with exciting celebrities like William Shatner, Giancarlo Esposito, Mic Foley, and others. Panels were great. The photo op experiwnce was quick and easy. The vendors were diverse and exciting. Other photo ops like thw Ghostbusters, Night Rider and others brought it all together. All in all...5 Stars!
I was surprised to see the large number of vendors selling items. I would have done things differently by not taking my 4 and 6-year-old since it was a lot of walking and the only interactive area I saw was arcade games, though this can easily be done nowadays with an iPad, PS, Xbox, console. I was not looking forward to more video games here. I would have liked to see more interactive items. Next time, I'll check out the schedule to see who is attending because I did not recognize a lot of the names who were presenters.
This was my 2nd year going to ComiCon and I can’t wait for next year! I hope the line up will bring someone my mom wants to see so she can come too!
Well everything was generally a good experience but the worse thing was really the food, we got 1 hotdog, 3 churros 2 drinks and natchos it was 55 dollars! What a rip off! We went to olive garden and had 3 people with us and only paid 68 dollars with dessert on tray and mozzarella sticks. Common! Y'all would do better if you had food venders come by and pay yall a hefty payment to set up!
I enjoyed the Con's vendors and how quickly I was checked into the event. However, I was disappointed when it came to food and drink. After a couple of hours of walking in the crowded room, I began to get a little light headed from not eating or drinking anything. Once I got to the food area, I realized that there was a huge line and only one food vendor. I was going to stay longer, but I decided to leave to get something to eat.
I want to thank the organizers for putting together such an amazing event. The panels were very fun and informative. We really enjoyed the special guests that were able to come in town. All of the booths, especially the local ones were so nice and I didn’t know some of them were in town. All in all the setup was great and it was wonderful to see so many guests in cosplay. The only gripe is that the food vendor was really disorganized with the lines and it could have been setup better so that each line was spending same amount of time to get some food, there’s room for improvement. Other than that the event was so much fun for our whole family!
Worth every penny! From the vendors to the cosplayers it was an amazing event. Definitely recommend to anyone stopping through El Paso for next years con!
We went all 3 days and had a wonderful time. I was a Gray Jedi Fri and Sat and Sir Narius Grey, the Privateer on Sun. Along with Mystica, the Fairy Queen, we enjoyed everything, except that there wasn't a recovery room for those of us in heavy and hot costumes.
I love El paso comic con, but this year in my opinion it went by fast, the booths had awesome stuff, the cosplays were amazing, the actors were great, and alla in all it was fun. However, I went for the whole weekend and in some days it was really full and walking in the halls was hard because it was cramped up, I had a great weekend.
We went on Friday and didn’t see any of the big name actors. Less didplay compared to last year
Comic con was an amazing experience! There were lots of vendors many of the other attendees dressed up as so many characters and were willing to take pictures. Each day had different events along with comic con like a poker game or wrestling event. The vendors were super nice and were super cool to talk to. I never had any of the food/snacks provided so I can’t speak on that. I think an improvement is the have the panels displayed somewhere at the Con. They made announcements but in order to plan better to let us know in a written form. Overall it was a great first con I can’t wait to come back next year.
I attended this event specifically for the MHA panel. I had a good time. My hat to all the cosplayers out there! If I had to give a recommendation for EPCON, it'd be to have some activities going about. Thematic carnival games? I'd play! And a variety of foods!
We attend every year. Organizers did a great job putting this together through these trying times. Cosplayers looked amazing!! A nice array of vendors.
First of All, it was an amazing atmosphere! I loved the fact that masks were a must. And the cosplay participation was outstanding and everyone was so welcoming in a good way.
Probly should've gotten two non-vip tickets, but nevertheless, had LOADS of fun at the convention! Highlight of the week!
Not enough food selections, where was the gaming room for video games and board games?, I was so glad that there was no disturbance by the Mexican wrestlers.Next year I would like to see Eddie Redmayne (Newt Scamander), Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton), Luna Lovegood, Emma Watson (Hermionie, Belle) Tonks, Rupert Grint ( Ron Weesley) James and Oliver Phelps ( Fred and George Weesley) and or Sirius Black. And if you could please bring back the Library Bards that would be great. Although the Harp Twins were great they did have some creepy songs.
