Edwin McCain never disappoints! He and the band sounded awesome. They always put on a great show. I love how much he interacts with the audience and shares his stories. He’s quite the comedian. Looking forward to his next visit to Blue Ocean.

One of the best concerts I have ever seen

by shredder on 10/8/23Birchmere - Alexandria

What a surprise!. I really only knew about his two most popular songs. But I enjoyed every song. Fabulous voice and fabulous musicians, especially the electric guitar player. He and the band are so good they should be selling out stadiums. What a treat to see them in such an intimate setting.

What an awesome show at an awesome venue! Edwin's voice is incredible, his stage patter is funny and interesting, and his band was amazing! Every single person on that stage was a delight to watch and listen to--this is the kind of show that makes me absolutely love live music.

    Edwin at Ludlow Garage

    by Todd B on 8/20/23

Ludlow Garage is great venue. Efficient and organized. Parking in lot right by venue. Easy to get in and out. Edwin was great and very genuine. He told multiple stories and seemed very grateful to still be touring. Enjoyed hearing his songs from years ago.

    Never Disappoints!

    by Walt on 8/20/23

Edwin always puts on a great show, regardless of the size of venue or size of audience in that venue. Since Craig (his saxophone player) was sick and did not perform, he did some deeper cuts not normally performed which was awesome to hear - although Craig was very missed. Edwin also mixes a lot of story telling in his set, and he is a riot - IYKNK. Plus his covers of In Your Eyes and Crazy were outstanding!

Edwin McCain Rocks Charleston Music Hall

by Matinicus on 2/14/23The Charleston Music Hall - Charleston

Saturday night’s event with Edwin was absolutely amazing from the artist himself to the acoustics at the CMH was out of this world. What a great venue for an extremely interactive artist such as McCain. The audience feels as though they are on stage with the band. There’s not a bad seat in the entire house. Get out and go take in a concert.

    Edwin great as usual

    by LL2 on 3/20/22Birchmere - Alexandria

Nice to see Edwin back live again. Seen him over ten times and he still has the voice. He was in a story telling mood and played just under two hours. Had never been to venue before and had doubts based on reviews about how people were seated. We arrived just before and sat in back row. Still nice seats straight back and near sound board. Wasn't sold out so we had space to spread out. It's an unusaul place when you are used to Rams Head Annapolis. This place is more like a warehouse. Good sound and nice staff with excellent beer selection. Lots of people seemed to have arrived early and ate dinner there. Ample parking on site which is not labeled on their site.

    Always entertaining

by Cyndie on 3/20/22Birchmere - Alexandria

Both the Birchmere and Edwin McCain were beyond awesome. He is a true class act with his hilarious wit and charm. The show I saw was magically done with only two other band members, a fantastic guitarist/vocalist along with the ever-great Craig Shields on sax (plus other instruments). If you can catch this show, you'll "be the greatest fan" of Edwin too, like me.
