My family and I had a great time at the Elks game! Great experience, venue, good food and drinks, and fun entertainment.
The Labour Day rematch is extensively advertised as free for youth 17 and under. After a lot of searching, I found free tickets for youth 12 and under, but nowhere were there free tickets available for youth 17 and under. Every time I chose "youth" tickets, they were accompanied by a $ value. This needs to be corrected.
It was so good to be back in Commonwealth stadium with my family cheering on the Elks. Highly entertaining and such a great night. It was so good for the soul to have some normality back after this past year.
At least a third of the patrons weren’t following covid protocol of mask wearing in concourse area and they were still being served. No mask no service. People still not taking the issue seriously and zero enforcement doesn’t help the situation.
Good event Commonwealth put on a good show! Easy access with tickets stored to Apple wallet
I would hope moving forward the ticket scan is a lot quicker As well hopefully there is a way to move lineups a lot quicker through concessions More opportunities to purchase Elks gear Just seen one booth which was always busy Thx for the opportunity
Front gate backed up with new ticket system, food lined up with new pay system. No hawkers selling in the stands and the tee shirt thing was gong show with people gabbing arm fulls. Considering they had 2 years to plan for this the Tv option is back in play
We had so much fun. It is a great stadium! We would certainly love to attend another game here, of course when the Riders are playing!
All in all, great game. Great lighting and lots of side entertainment
It was an experience that I have never experienced before.getting to go down onto the field was a dream come true
A lot of people were at the game to drink and cheer, NOT watch the game and cheer. Alcohol fueled cheering and jeering is not what I wanted my family to experience. We had to move 3 times to get away from these types. Too bad! I'd hate to have season's tickets and be surrounded by these folks. Don't get me wrong, I like to have a beer or two at the game but not 5 or 10!
great game and great weather seats good for the price
Getting food and drinks was a bit slow, other than that it was great time
The area we were in had shoos mixture of bomber and Eskie fans It was a fun event other than the weather for the first half. But the people were there to have fun which made the event awesome!!!
It was a great atmosphere and a beautiful day for football
As a loyal Saskatchewan fan, I always go to the games for a good time. No matter who wins or loses. Rider fans are always welcoming and friendly yet when you enter Eskimo territory, Eskimo fans are the complete opposite. They are rude and bash the fan as entering and leaving the stadium. They make terrible comments and use profanity as we walk by. It makes commonwealth stadium a very unwelcoming place to be.
The game was great and the seats were in a good location
I missed half the game waiting in line for 50/50 because they only had 4 or 5 tables set up for 40000 people who all wanted a ticket. Was in line for hour and a half and didn't even get a ticket. Terribly understaffed and I won't be back.
Well, I went to the game with high hopes, that in a desperate situation, the Eskimos would come through. But no, they didn't. Sadly, I have yet to go to an Eskimos game that they won. That may explain why I don't go very often - it easily costs $150 for my wife and I to go to a game, and there are a lot of other things I could do with that money. On the positive side, there were a couple of exciting drives and a good sack or two that got me on my feet, but overall, it was an amateurish performance.
