    Fun, but…

by Elks Fan Dad on 7/17/23

Went to watch Edmonton Elks play Hamilton Tiger-Cats. I’m not familiar with Edmonton, there may have been parking available, but I couldn’t find it. With the coliseum being (less than?) a quarter full, I thought it should have been easier to find parking. My biggest gripe though, the food was terrible!! Worst burger and fries I’ve had, ANYWHERE! The game was fine, Elks lost (surprise, surprise) but it was fun to get my kid to a game.

    by Gr80 on 7/16/23

The was far from sold out Elks put on a good offensive game but haven’t won a game since 2019 and Ticket Master sold level high tickets for $88.00 a piece Way to expensive but it was a good experience

    Fun Family Night

by JGP88 on 6/29/23Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

I went to the game with my son and grandson. It was a fun experience! Sat in the family zone (no alcohol) and that made for a pleasant evening.

Elks vs Roughrider game June 11

by Lorna on 6/14/23Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Was a good venue. Woukd kike to see lower prices for food and drink. Over 10.00 for beer is rediculous. Food outrageous. Dufficult for some. Especially when we cant bring in much for snacks

    Terrible lines with bag check

by Unsatisfactory on 6/14/23Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

If you are going to restrict sizes of bags, it should be plastered all over your social media all over and when you buy your tickets. You should be consistent with what you’re allowing in and what you don’t. You should have our bags checked in in a secure location, not in a flimsy tent out in the parking lot, you should have more staff where you’re checking in bag standing in line and missing the entire first quarter just to check my bag was unacceptable you want to lose fans coming to your games that’s gonna be how you do it

    Entertaining

by Briguy on 10/18/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Moving from Medicine Hat a year ago we have been to a couple of games prior to that the last time we went to a game is when the American teams were part of the league. Saturdays game against Toronto was a good game even in the loss you can see the improvement. I am a soccer fan and just find to many distractions I know it’s tv time outs and that’s revenue I like a game that flows with less breaks

    Value

by Gabby junior on 8/30/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Ordering the tickets was so easy we ordered online while in a restaurant Headed to the game as I am from Hamilton and wanted to see a game in a different city to see what it would be like. The stadium was nice and comfortable but being Canada it showed us how it can get cold in August had to purchase a hoodie and blanket to keep warm. Staff at the venue were nice in all aspects from security to vendors. Game was less than great and left at halftime cus it got so cold.

Terrible team - bring back the Eskimos

by Rob on 8/30/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Terrible team that’s hasn’t won a game at home in two years. Playing the worst team in the league, and they still lost. Dropped balls by receivers. The coach doesn’t have them ready to play until the third quarter. This definitely is not the Eskimos I grew up watching and loved. Bring back the Eskimos. This is a community owned team, so go back to the name and be the franchise that the community loved. There were max 5000 people at the game. That’s pathetic and nothing like the 25-30000 that we’re at every other game I’ve ever been to. Fans aren’t mad,…they’re apathetic. It started with a name no one in Edmonton cares about. The on field product only adds to the malaise.

    Poor Performance

by T - Bone on 8/30/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Elks offence could not hold on to a pass right into their hands. Defence was Swiss cheese, gave Ottawa the short game and as a result lost the game.

    Good times

by Lee on 8/18/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

The game - Elks versus Roughriders - was a good one. The ersther was fantastic too. Started out warm and sunny and as the night wore on a storm rolled in. Black clouds thunder and lightening. Also exhilarating!

Change the back to the eskimos

by Ridersfan69420 on 8/17/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

Maybe if the team didn’t change their name something retarded like Elks they’d actually be able to win at home! At least the Riders kept that streak going!

    Elks vs Riders

by AceecA on 8/16/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

The game was okay. The weather was sketchy. The ticket said use the silver entrance, there isn’t one but we figured it out.

    A valiant effort

by Guppygirl on 7/26/22Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

In every game someone has to lose It’s my understanding that Winnipeg is the best in the league so I’m very impressed with the Elks effort. Right up to the last seconds they didn’t quit trying, and I didn’t leave the stadium until it was actually over. And given the opportunity. I’d go to the next home game too !!

    ELKS game

by ELKSfan on 11/8/21Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

This was my first ELKS game. It was nostalgic. As a child, I remember going to the ESKS games. This game brought back so many memories. Back them the best part was running around on the field after the game. We would have a scrimmage and imagine that we were professionals in the Grey Cup.

    Enjoyable Event

by Chipcard on 10/18/21Commonwealth Stadium / Stade du Commonwealth - Edmonton

My son was visiting from Ottawa and him and I went to the game. We both enjoyed ourselves. Had great seats. My son played football in Barrie and also went to the same school as Danny Vandervoort.
