I was looking forward to taking my dad to see Italy play. The parking situation was out of control it took me over 45 minutes to park. Then to get out of the parking lot it took me a hour and half. If you are going it have a big event on that scale they need to be adequately prepared, cops directing traffic, etc. I spent so much money on ticket and caught the last 20 minutes terrible stadium and terribly prepared.
Purchased club seats to watch them play Guate. Amazing seats, I brought my family and they had a blast. However, I’ve bought vip tix b4 and it usually gives me access to the lounge area and food was included. Not this time, the lounge was filled to the brim which kind of killed the VIP experience if everyone has access to it and also they were selling food as suppose to having an included buffet. I even emailed the Red Bulls arena and they said that vip would have lounge access and food. In my opinion maybe FEF/FIFA should start selling VIP packages that way the VENUE doesn’t do us like that lol. Overall I’m a huge fan of the national team but next time I would rather buy regular seats, the truth is the seat don’t matter, I’ve been to so many games and I have fun even if it’s nosebleeds. I hope this review helps with anyone debating on buying vip tix ! Contact the venue first !

Besides the entrance line being absolute hell, overall experience was great.
The stadium security was terrible, there were only 2 security check points for each gate and only 2 ticket check points as well. The lines were long and the waiting worst. I been to MLS Games and you do not experience these things at those events. I am not quite sure why this event was undermined by the stadium admins. It was a sold out game, therefore they need to accommodate better. Stadium admin review BAD.

Got to gate pull out phone scan tickets and went to the event. Easy no paper tickets. Much faster.
It’s always great seeing Ecuador play. The energy was there and red bull hosted the game well
It’s insane to think you pay so much money thinking the venue is worth it. There was so many people selling liquor and food you could barely walk. I have a heart condition and there was no working elevators or escalators. Once getting in the staff took away my back pack that had my daughters medicine. I later realized I also had money in there. I will never ever go back to an event in the Red Bull arena. How do you cater to people who are unable to walk up the stairs. It saddens me to think what people with disabilities do when they can’t go up the stairs. It is just unacceptable.
Easily one of the best days of my life. Being able to see Enner score an amazing goal was the highlight.

The experience was fantastic, we had a great time. My only complaint I have we the experience was that we never received information about the way it was when you purchase tickets on the VIP section. This was our first time at this stadium and we’re not aware of the process when you attend an event. Other than that it was awesome. Now we know. Thank you
The traffic was the bad part of that day... and it needed protector lines at the entrance...too many people want to get inside without order.
RedBull Arena needs to do a better job of having ushers situated at entrance points into the sections. Attendees remained standing the entire game in walking paths. Others sat down on stairs obstructing views of people sitting at their assigned seats. They also blocked people from going up or down the stairs within their section. I traveled four hours to attend my first event at RedBull Arena, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the experience.
