About

Fresh off a UK stadium tour in support of Ed Sheeran, which included five sold out shows at London's Wembley Stadium - Dylan might only be at the beginning of her journey as one of the UK's most exciting new pop talents, but she's had her sights set on big things since her childhood.

Raised on a diet of classic rock and big riffs, she spent her early years atop her kitchen table, plywood guitar in hand. "I would stand there and shout, 'hello Wembley!' - that's how I started a gig with my band when I was 11 too.", she recalls.

The 22-year-old - whose real name is Tash Woods - might be destined for pop glory, but the influence of more alternative sounds colors her tongue-in-cheek characterization of herself as "a wannabe rock star in a pop star's body". Since 2019, she's been on a journey to find her own voice, moving through more electronic-focused, synth-pop songs ('Good Enough') and mournful piano ballads ('IKWYDLN').

After two EPs, 2021 brought three singles in 'Nineteen', 'You're Not Harry Styles' and 'No Romeo' that started to shape the real Dylan sound - big pop hooks driven by crunchy guitars, candid dissections of her life and loves into incisive, memorable lyrics.

That candidness is part of what has already scored her praise from the likes of Notion, MTV, Vogue Italia, The Line Of Best Fit and BBC Introducing; UK support slots with Yungblud, Bastille, Ed Sheeran and an EU run with Tate McRae; inspiring an incredibly loyal and passionate fanbase to form around her.

As she looks toward a summer of festival performances, a sold out UK headline tour and a steady stream of impeccable pop anthems, Dylan looks destined to continue hooking people into her world, rapidly expanding that fanbase in a big way. As it does so, she's keeping her ambitions fittingly bold. "I want to be respected as a songwriter - for me it really is just about the music," she explains. "And I want to headline Wembley - that's everything I've had my sights on."

I have to say Dylan did an amazing job opening at Ed Sheeran mathematics tour in Atlanta. I can’t wait for her to come back on her own tour.

    Totally worth the trip!

Drove for almost 3 hours just to see Dylan live. Got to the event about 15 minutes early and as soon as she started it was a never ending good experience. Song after song, Dylan performed beautifully. I even lost my voice. So glad she came to America and so glad I decided to make the trip from Jersey.
