    dwele ,LA

by Mikki2c on 7/16/10Key Club - Los Angeles

DWELE!, what can I say, the man grave a grand performance in his own unique way. his voice just seems to go through you with his neo-soul tunes of "Flapjack", "I Think I love You" ect.,and new tracks from his new CD. He even came off the stage and sang as he danced through the crowd...so people friendhis band as always, slamming! ,back up singers left me speechless.., just amazing! This is my fourth attendence of seeing him perform...just can't get enough.. Love this artist

by msshalle on 7/5/10Cannon Center for the Performing Arts - Memphis

This is one of the best shows I have ever attended. Everyone on the bill this night was good. I love good live music and this truly lived up to my expectations. So far this has to be for me the best show this year.

    Felt Rushed

by SexyBoy on 7/4/10Cannon Center for the Performing Arts - Memphis

The event felt rushed and he artist kept saying how they were out of time, it didn't help with the people standing off to the side. The talent was up to par though.

    The entire show was amazing!!!

by MTAJ on 7/4/10Cannon Center for the Performing Arts - Memphis

Each artist did their thang. Vivian Green was amazing and her vocal were as good as they were on her first 2 albums. Dwele is really the ultimate performer! He communicated with the crowd on a different level. He took pics with a fan's camera (while on stage) and he danced with several people. Chrisette Michelle, omg, this lady was wonderful. I really can't explain her show, you just have to see her for yourself. She gives you your money worth in the first 5 minutes for real. Overall the show was really good and I'd pay to see each of them again. This was my 2nd time seeing Dwele perform and the performance was better than I expected. The first show was good but this one was great. This show is worth the money so please don't sleep on it because you will definitely have a wonderful time!!! Oh yeah, the band and the background singers were off the chain!

    VIVIAN AND CHRISETTE WAS GREAT

by SUGA1997 on 7/4/10Cannon Center for the Performing Arts - Memphis

CASSIDY, THE LOCAL PERFORMER WAS VERY TALENTED. IF HE DOESN'T HAVE AN ALBUM ALREADY, HE SHOULD BE SIGNED. VIVIAN'S VOICE WAS AMAZING. DWELE HAD SOME MUSIC ISSUES. HIS BAND WAS SO LOUD THAT YOU COULDN'T HEAR HIM SING. CHRISETTE'S VOICE ALSO SOUNDED AMAZING. I LIKE HER SPIRIT.

    Chrisette Michele ... WOW!!!!!

by kennebee007 on 7/4/10Cannon Center for the Performing Arts - Memphis

This was my first time seeing Chrisette Michelle perform live and she was definitely worth the wait! Her vocal ability is just crazy! I would love to hear her do a jazz set ... truly incredible! Dwele was not as good as I expected, but Vivian Green also was on point during her set. Both Vivian's band and Chrisette's band were stupid good! But, by far, Chrisette was the show topper and show stopper. VERY classy ... VERY laid back ... VERY much in control. EXCELLENT show!

    Dwele - An Intoxicating Interlude

by Resiecup on 7/2/10Center Stage Theatre - Atlanta

I love, love, love Dwele. His music is my breathe of fresh air in the music industry. This was my first time seeing him perform live and I was not disappointed. His interactions with personal and intimate. I loved hearing music from his new CD. My only disappointment was that the show could have been longer. There are so many more songs I would have loved to hear.

    Not loud enought

by Braves41 on 7/2/10Center Stage Theatre - Atlanta

I'm a fan of this cat, but he was not loud enought. It seems that Dwele's voice is better suited for the studio.

Loved Dwele, he sounds just as good live as he does on his CD's. He made the crowd feel at home.

    Dwele-show was short, but sweet*

by Sameerah on 7/2/10Center Stage Theatre - Atlanta

I love Dwele- and he sang many songs- just not very many that I developed a relationship with. The show was great, Rhonda Thomas was excellent as well, but Dwele has such a wide catalog that was just narrowed down to an hour show that mainly consisted of his new album- which I did not know was out, but will be purchasing- I just wish the show was a little bit longer- I guess that is a good thing that Dwele has kept a fan wanting more-

    Dwele was so mediocre

by ATLLiveMusicLover on 7/2/10Center Stage Theatre - Atlanta

The event held at Center Stage started off promising. The DJ was playing a great mix of music / genres to get the crowd into the groove. The opening act, local artist Rhonda Thomas was phenomenal! It was my first time hearing her live and she delivered with great vocals and a great band. More DJ mixes through the set change (complete with the obligatory Michael Jackson mix of course). Then Dwele came out and meandered through a set list with lukewarm vocals and a drummer that didn't seem to understand it wasn't his show and that Dwele's style is cucumber cool so his style should have matched. As his set neared a close the facility was about half empty. Few stayed until the end. That speaks volumes. My take, Dwele was tired and really didn't want to perform... it showed in the fact that he sat at the stage edge and killed more time chatting than singing.
