Drums along the Rockies was amazing! So much talent and so much fun! Loved every second of it!

Amazing! Didn’t know what to expect. Will go again when we get the chance.

Attended Drums Along The Rockies at Sport's Authority Field at Mile High Stadium and I must say this stadium is a must see!!! Tunnels were numerically numbered, so it was easy to find our way to our seats. The show itself was FANTASTIC!!! Not only did I get to surprise and watch my son perform, but we were also able to watch other drum corps from other states that we haven't seen before. My only complaint is that it was 93 degrees outside and walking into the stadium at gate 10 felt like a sauna. No air conditioner or air vents blowing the air around. It was just stale and hot. And the restrooms were even worse........HOT and smelly!!!

The show was totally awesome, as someone who would not have originally sought out a drum core show, I truly enjoyed myself and the acts were amazing!

Very little drum or marching action, but all kinds of dancing and prancing. We went to see drum and "bugle", and marching competition. We left at the intermission (4 teams had competed), as there was only one group that "featured" the drums, and that was for all of one minute (out of 10 minutes of performance). The "marching" was simply walking/shuffling from one spot to the next, into the next formation. The entire competition seemed more like an interpretive dance performance, instead of crisp, precise marching and excellent drum skills. We will never go again (we have gone multiple times in the past, when it was still marching and drum competition).

I was in drum corp in the late 60’s late 70’s The Eastsiders, The Riversiders, The New York City Warriors, and it was much different then. All instruments had to be carried there was nothing stationary on the field. Now almost anything goes. Evolution has exploded the concept of Drum Corp into a theatrical extravaganza that has not diminished the demand for perfection in the ranks of the Drum line, Horn line and Color Gard. My wife and I have been attending Drums along the Rockies for the past 11 years and as she has not known Drum Corp of the past, she loves the present representation and I think it’s awesome. James

I enjoyed this event. Views from every seat were good, sound quality was excellent, and weather was perfect. The competition started off kind of slow, but it seemed each performance improved in quality as the night went on.

It'd be better without all the electronic crap they do these days, and without amplification, so I could just here the real instruments, but it's still fun

Drum corps and DCI are unforgettable. The shows these kids put out there on the field are second to none. The hard work and dedication it takes to do what they do is amazing. The time, effort, and playing abilities show just how important the arts are for our kids and society in general. Keep bringing this show and the fans will keep coming. Guaranteed.

I had not seen this show in twenty plus years, but it was everything and more than I expected!

The event itself was great! The different corps that performed were amazing to watch and the crowd was fantastic. Not thrilled with the venue. Huge traffic congestion getting off the freeway to the parking lot. Can't imagine going to a football game here. Very few people working to direct to parking spaces or seats. Long lines to get into the stadium. Can't believe I was NOT allowed to bring my purse into this venue. What a pain. Security was strict. Did not have any information about this rule ahead of time. Stadium is beautiful, but it is not very consumer friendly.

The event was well coordinated; there were no delays during performances; access to the stadium went smoothly; the talent, the commitment, the performances displayed by these young men & women was awesome! Definitely a future annual event!

These young people are so impressive with their skills in both music and marching.

I have attended several Drums Along the Rockies over the years, and it works well in the Mile High stadium, which makes a big sound bigger and bolder. All the bands did fun shows, the music was well done, there was competitive drama over which one was best, etc. The crowd was enthusiastic and attendance was good. If you are handicapped walking, you should check out the services so you have it covered. If you have binoculars, you might enjoy them. We had a shower and the night was cooler, so be prepared. Then, enjoy.

Was more than worthwhile. Perfect evening and 10 outstanding drum and bugle corps that had a variety of sets and music that kept us all entertained for the entire evening. All 6 people in our group were more than impressed. Of course, all of us have attended other drum and bugle corps competitions - but, this was outstanding nonetheless.

The whole family had a blast. The performances were amazing!
